I called 1 877 336 5226 regarding my "MetroHealth account" and they wanted my name & birthdate.  I felt suspect because it did not seem like a MetroHealth department and the number is not on their website for financial services.  As soon as I refused to give my birthdate the story changed and she had just checked my account and I did not owe money anyway....   Tomorrow I am calling MetroHealth financial and ask if this is a ligit call and report it if it is not from MetroHealth.  I would think they'd send me a bill if I owed them money.

Said it is Terry from MetroHealth and gave account number, but when I called back during business hours, got same annoying message about the call being 'important that we talk with you' over and over.  Then came a recording that they were unable to take my call...   I foolishly left my name, number & account number ---- now I am wondering if it was some sort of phishing as I cannot understand why MetroHealth would be so unperfessional.

Hello.  I got a call from this number, and the caller didn't leave a message.  I called the number back and got the same message. "Hello, thank you for calling, please hold for the next available representative."  That went on for about 30 seconds, then the call ended. Nice.

voice mail message to return a call, but no identification of the caller. When calling this number, an automated answer states: "thank you for calling, please wait for available representative, it is important we talk with you" and never identify's who the party is that is calling.
