Just found a charge on my account for $9.15 on 1/27/2007. They made the charge on a Sunday so my bank doesn't have all the necessary information yet to track it. I called the number and just got a recording. I cancelled my check cards. Scary someone got my information.

I found this charge when I was checking for my tax return. I was over draft and very angry. I know its only 9.00 but its another 36 for the over draft. I havent used the card in a few weeks at the least... this particular card is used for online purchases. Now I'm battling my bank from out of town because I didnt bring this debit card with me since i have no use to buy anything online from where Im at.

This charge showed up on my husband's business account for $9.15.  This account has basically been inactive for nearly a year so who knows how they got the information.  I don't think we actually had a phone call from them...this number showed up on our bank statement.

I also got hit on 1-28-08 for $9.00 and my wife called and also got a recording on the other end stating that the office was closed.  Will call my bank to info them of this unauthorized payment. I hope the attorney generals office in Florida looks into this matter because something needs to be done now.

Just discovered a $9.00 charge (transaction 3/3/08) on my Target Visa when I checked my account on line this morning.  I'm furious!  I immediately called Target Visa and they tried to put me into a third party conference call with Terra at 877-340-2371.  A computerized voice said they were not in the office and they didn't identify themselves(business).  Visa put the $9.00 in dispute.  These leeches need to be stopped!  They charge $9.00 to our accounts to make it not very noticeable, but IT ADDS UP FOR THEM WHEN THEY DO THIS TO THOUSANDS OF US!

Our fraudulent $9.00 charge (TERRA 877-340-2372 FL) had a transaction date of March 6, 2008 and it was discovered while we were reconciling the March Visa statement.  Notified our bank.  Am very puzzled why numerous banks are not treating this situation more seriously given the number of individual e-mail confirmation on this link as well as http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8773402372.  To our knowledge, no one ever phoned us from this 877 number.

FYI, the 877 number mesaage now says it "is not in service at this time" as of 4/1/2008.

If the banks have the information concerning where to forward payments to this fraudulent vendor, shouldn't they be able to quickly track them down and shut them down?  Based on these postings, the fraud been going on for over three months.

I got my Visa statement yesterday with a charge of $9.00 from TERRA. I also called my credit card company and cancelled my card.  I called that number and it was not in service.  My credit card company also told me it was from a gaming company.  I did not order anything recently from Amazon, but have ordered from them in the past and I did order from LTD Commodities and had trouble getting the order.  Never got anything from Omaha Steaks.  Would like to get to the bottom of this fraud as I have had this card for years.

Same deal $9.15 Terra FL. Last November, the statement for the master card that was hit was not delivered in the mail. It never showed up, so I just printed an online statement to pay my bill. Anyone else have this same situation? Maybe they got the card numbers from the statements??

Same as all the rest - Terra FL - $9.15 on my master card on 2/23/08. Credit card company waived the charge, but what a scary deal to know someone has my card information.

Yep, "Terra" got me for $9.15 on Feb. 27!  I used my card for Amazon and Omaha Steaks over the holidays.  I noticed that someone also had used it for Omaha Steaks.  There might be a connection.  I had used that card for years (even internet shopping) without fraudulent charges...until I ordered over the phone from Omaha Steaks.

The slime-balls got me too!  I have no idea what this charge is for!  Tried calling the number - got the recording.  Then googled it and found this website.

Charge was for $9.10 on 2/02/08.  Terra  877-340-2372  FL

I just got off the phone with my credit card company.  They have closed my account and reopened it with a new account number.  I have filed this as fraud and will complete their paperwork when I receive it in the mail.

I didn't ask, but the customer service rep at my card company did not seem like this was an uncommon event.  In fact, I had something similar happen to me with another credit card - but a different "vendor" charging me!

How are they getting our credit card information???

I didn't receive a call but nevertheless noticed a charge for $9.00 stated simply as "Terra Miami" with no telephone number but in the "Temp" status on my online Visa card account of which of course I did not authorize.  I tried the telephone number listed by others that did receive a call and of course got a message that they were not in but to leave a message of which I did not.  I immediately called my credit card provider and had them generate me new cards with new numbers.  Don't know whether to try and contact the Florida BBB or not? Any suggestions from some of you?  My latest online transaction was through Paypal a couple of days ago and hope my security was not breached by them.  This has to be scamming as I have not used my credit card today, March 3, 2008, which is the date this transaction has occurred.  Thanks for reading this.

I found the same $9.10 charge on my bank account 2/22.  I did notify my bank and the charge was reversed.  I also had to notify Costco because this charge was exactly 2 minutes after my husband used his debit card there.  The thing that is scary is the banks really are not taking this seriously.  All I got was a "cancel the card and get a new one, no big deal"  That was an exact quote.  With all the technology, how can they not find these scammers.

I have not received anything from these guys, but I know from experience onmy boyfriend's credit and debit cards that sometimes when you buy something off a website, the site then gives your info to some other company that charges you $x a month for their service. In his case, they were both entertainment companies (something about getting discounts online for various things such as movie tickets). He called the companies and they told him about what I said above. They were able to refund some of his money but that was it. Hope all of you can get this straightened out. Good luck!

I got charged $9.15 from these guys. It is absolutely ridiculous that this company has lasted this long with everyone here complaining. I spoke with my bank and they said that the ONLY way to shut down this company is to write to your attorney general. Picture how this company is grabbing $9.00 x 100,000 people? This has to be a felony.

I also got hit on 1-28-08 for $9.00.  I checked the number and called. I too got a recording on the other end stating that the office was closed.  I will call my bank to inform them of this unauthorized payment and to have them issue me another credit card. This may become an FBI matter if any accounts in the federal government system were affected.  I am not sure where or how they got my information. I do a great deal of banking with local merchants in town and most recently did some banking using pay pal. I think it may have been a hack through pay pal but I cannot confirm this yet.

I didn't get a phone call from this number but I had a charge on my credit card bill this month.  All the info was the Sale/Post Date was 1/23/08 with the descripton of 'TERRA        8773402372   FL'  for $9.00.  Tried calling the phone # and same results as everyone else, just a recording.  Called credit card company disputed charge.  After seeing this site, again called  and cancelled the card.  Have had this account forever but got new card and had to activate it in 12/07. I have only used this card 3 times since it was activated in 12/07; twice on-line at 'CASCO BIORB' and once at K-Mart.

I didn't receive a call, but I too was charged $9.15 and my only clues as to who they are is the name Terra and this phone number.  I disputed the charges with my bank and shared the feedback I read here with them.  When they asked me if I'd be willing to prosecute - I said definitely.  It's not the amount of $, it's the principle.
