Received a text message from "8773414507"@atmail17.tmomail.net on 02/22/09 at 9:45am that reads:
"Vantage Credit Union. Please call us immediately at 1-877-341-4507 regarding recent restriction placed on your account. Thank you."
I also called just to see who or what would answer. A recorded message eventually asked for my "card number", at which point I hung up.
I'm familuar with Vantage Credit Union and will be reporting this attempt. But let's get real. What bank or credit union would be open on a Sunday, much less be sending text messages about your account.

Out of curiousity I called and it asked to enter my credit card #, expiration date, and my pin. I do not have any credit cards with anyone.
