I just received the same message and when I called back the lady who answered the phone stated a Cory Daniels did not work there.  Once I hung up the phone he called my fiance and left the same disturbing message on his cellphone.  I have know idea who he is and what he want.  The next time he call you ask him to send you out paperwork on this alleged debt you owe and see what he say.

I spoke to the people who I originally borrowed from and they said that within the last month they have had a rash of calls from people who said that this group has been tossing around Cashnets name left and right.  Cashnet uses AIS collection, the customer service person that I spoke with figures that they are a fraud and gave me their fraud dept's phone number to call.  ANYTHONY H RODGRIQUEZ is a fake, fraud DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!  I checked all of Pennsylvania and there is no ANTHONY H RODRIGUEZ listed as being an attorney.  DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!!

I got a cell phone message yesterday and another one today from a Corey daniels indicating a phone number to call along with a ref # and that I am to call the claimants at 877-344-0177 to get more information and if I don't take care of this voluntarily that he will be at my house on Friday 1/28 between 10 and 3 to serve me.  I know I owe on one payday loan but he wants me to give him my DL and personal information because he has a legal afidavit for me to sign.  Is this legit?  I called the number and the voice mail that comes up is ANTHONY H RODRIGUEZ attorney at law.  According to all of these internet postings this is a scam.  Is this still the feeling?
