It rings once, goes to silence and then a annoying "off the hook" signal!

I tried sending them a media kit to show them how to advertise in the newspapers instead of bothering people's inbox to and address in Phoneix, AZ 201 N. Central but it came back to me and the address is blacked out. They wrote on it, NOT CHASE??? What gives... I don't get the emails anymore maybe they are out of business.

Today their phone number was changed to 877-292-6896. They still answer the phone "Empire Funding." I asked and, after some hesitation, the guy confirmed their address is 201 N. Central, Phoenix.

Receive 5-10 e-mails a day regarding everything from small business loans to mortgages... Similar to the complaints above.

If you forward all of those spam email messages to spam@uce.gov, the FTC will be advised.  That is their email address to receive spam complaints.

I receive between 10 & 15 spam emails a day from them.  I called the number and said I was interested in receiving a business loan and was given the same information:

They indicated they loaned money to small businesses and there was no interest on the loan.  However, they share in your business revenue. I think everyone should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  This is illegal and is spam and people have been jailed for it.

I have been received over 150 of their emails over the past few months. I also have called them and tried to find out where they are located. I was told their company Empire Funding is located at 201 N. Central, Phoenix. I doubt it, but if someone lives in the Phoenix area please check it out. I also have tried reverse look up with no results. These people need to be stopped!!

no I want to know how he found the information on the toll free number through a reverse look up...most of these messages I receive are varying IP sources from Poland to Hong Kong.  I can find non-toll free number sources, but haven't had luck with toll free so far.

I string them along saying that I want their loan then I tell them my name is P***s P***s P***S P***S P***S. Sorry for the 3rd grade humor.

So far I have 8 of the 877-347-3607 emails . I looked at the message headers to see where the emails are being sent from. I am looking for something like this Received: from unknown (HELO useredbb569629.lan) (201.244.108.192) . So of the 8 Emails I have all 8 originated from IP ranges ( NetBlocks ) Allocated to LACNIC ( Latin American and Caribbean IP address Regional Registry ) . Keep in mind I am _not_ saying that LACNIC is sending you SPAM/UBE. I am simply pointing out that the emails are not coming from Asia, North America, Europe, Africa so on. I am going to guess that the computers who are sending the email are compromised, or hacked; do to the random garbage found in the email message headers. The "From" addresses are all bogus , the "HELLO" banners are all bogus and so on.

How did you find that number in a search?  

Typically, these spammers use spamvertized sites to collect data on people and shuffle it to the various loan companies that pay them for the 'leads'... this is a new trend to see then directly list the phone number of the loan company, which can mean a few things:
1- the spammer is pissed @ the loan company for not being paid for the leads
2- the loan company *IS* the spammer

Either way, I'd like to know what search tool you're using for these numbers, since I can't seem to find toll frees as well as reg phone numbers

I just keep calling them via Skype and messing them around by either saying nothing or string them along in funny accents! It's quite fun and REALLY annoys them :-)

I figure if everyone they spammed did this then they would soon stop.

I've got close to 40 of these emails since Thursday. It quieted down over the weekend but now they're coming in at the rate of two or three an hour.

I've called then several times and explained to whoever answers that they are employed by criminals and when the government seizes the company's bank account they will not receive their final check. They have a lot of different people working there, it's quite a large operation.

I wish somebody really would shut them down.

I receive this message between two to five times daily; $5,000 to $500,000; $20,000; $30,000; $40,000, etc. etc. etc. VIA EMAIL

pshing scam/fraud. pshing scam/fraud pshing scam/fraud.

I received the same message but only with the amount of $66,000+ not the $33,000+.

The reverse look-up link on the message returned a 0 results.  How are you tracking them?  Also, I received a very similar message using a different phone number and it turned out to be gmh mortgages.  try tracking this one.
