I was given this website to cancel my medical insurance through you. Please call or email or call me at [removed]. It is taken out of my checking account and I would like it to stop.

I am being charged for insurance that is no good was sold on phone coverage but when you call in to get amount they will cover its different.I've been trying to cancel and no fax # or a way to do so.This is a sham everytime I call to cancel they say call your rep.Never had one.

A report about Brad Wessler and his scam company, ALR, will be aired tonight, May 13, on KPIX Channel Five 6 o'clock news. I had the plan for a year which was sold to me as Health Insurance Plan and 90% of my bills piled up unpaid and went into collections, Finally a whopping bill for almost $6,000 from CPMC''s ER unit, where I was treated, got sent to me over six months after my visit, unpaid by ALR, who had then cotracted Spencer and Associates to process their bills. Every time I called I got bounced from one extension to another and/or put on hold. The same woman named Sarah answered every extension, whether it was customer relations, billing or questions about their plan. Brad Wessler is a con artist with several cease and desist orders across several states. There is no enforcement or regulations pertaining to Medical Discount Companies, even though Wessler has no license to operate them. I was advised to file a civil suit against Wessler and ALR. If there are enough people who come forward who have been swindled by this guy who drives around in a Porsche and at least four other fancy cars at our expense, please let me know and see if we can put this guy out of business for good!

the phone number that I got thru with no trouble is: 1-877-378-9240. I'm a customer who has to cancel my policy, so I guess I'll see what happens and how long it will take. I know of a coworker of mine who had to use this coverage and it worked out fine for her. She had a 200.00 bill of with she had to only pay about 110.00, remember this is only a discount plan for someone who does not normally go to the doctors on a regular basis, hence the LOW RATE.yOU MUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND COMPARE rates from some of the larger well known health insurence companies and decide what your needs are.

One of our Customer Service Representatives spoke to you on July 1st and went over the authorization you gave to enroll on the plan.  It was not withdrawn without your permission as you stated. At that time you were happy to utilize the services and plan benefits.

When next you contacted ALR, you let us know this is not the plan you wanted and asked about cancelling.  At no time did you state that you were lied to by the marketing company that initially enrolled you, otherwise we would have directed you to our Special Investigations Unit to look into this claim further on your behalf.

The information you have written is false.  CWA, NABSA, etc. are all seperate entities.  Unfortunately, you did not fully research your information before posting your complaint.

I want to cancel this Insurance because this is not what I was sold

ok so i got this thinking it was regular health insurecne. So i got hLF Wy through the processe and before i approved to this they already had taken 460 dollors from my bank account without any permisson. Worst of all besides that is when i go to the docter it turned out not to be health insurece but help insurence. So now if i could just get my money back and completely cancle this it would be great cause this was a complete lie.

Michael, we are a company in washington state that got scammed by these folks. Our account was debited approx $3K to set up the "insurance"! We have closed the account and the wonderful bank we use refunded the money, however, these ppl now have all the personal information of our employees, their addresses, age, names, and of course, their ss numbers. I called this number thinking that it was a specific good insurance to cover health related insurance benefits...the person that I spoke to was named "Russel" and he said I could call 1-888-445-8974 and ask for ext#108 to reach him.My temporary card #is 1375763807 and that I could join "HEALTH CARE SOLUTIONS" for a one time enrollment fee of $125.00

Yup, same thing happened to me, except I didn't "Get smart" until after my recent doctor appointment.  I've already invested $750 into this ridiculous company and also just had to pay the full bill for my doctor's visit.  Now I'm out $750 and still have no health insurance.

They blocked my number and I can no longer get a call through to them. They gave me an email and a fax to cancel.
