Keep recieveing calls from the phone number, at first it was for a Rodney King and I put in my voicemail greeting that Rodney King is not at the number and they stopped leaving messages.  Now they just call all the time, several times a day almost.

I keep receiving calls from 877-387-6545 and when I pick up the person at the other end hang up....
I annoying!

You all know that the BBB is just an arbitration company and has no legal power?  The smarter thing to do is actually file harassment charges like another poster commented on.  Its fine to contact the BBB but understand that if they are already breaking the law that an arbitration entity won't really matter to them.  Having hundreds of harrassment suits filed however is a different matter.

EVERYONE who is harassed by this company.. do this..

877-387-6545 calls and hangs up on my business phone every day.. again today same thing. I've been tracing the call everytime! filed harassment charges with police today and also contacted better business. They break the law and will be held accountable. I strongly reccomend everyone that gets calls from these low life scum to do the same. You will get money from them for harassment as well :o) so they lose. TYMPANA company is a bunch of thug, drug addict mentality people that have no concern for laws! Now it's our turn.

Lattygirl needs to know she can be sued...for a lot of money. Needs to find a different job!
If she thinks she is doing everyone such a service, maybe she could post Tympana's local address...my lawyers will be in touch.

I got a voicemail from this lady today (most definitiely "Lattygirl").  I had no idea what she was trying to say so I googled the phone number.  Funny thing is, I don't have any debts besides my car and house note, both of which are up-to-date.  I doubt any respectable bank or company would hire these goons to collect their debts.  There is a reason they aren't based in the United States.

TYMPANA: is not a fraud company it is just a collection agency. I work with the company so when customer call back you don't know who is on the phone so you cannot disclose any information as per FEDERAL LAW it would be unfair to a debtor if we left a message and their mother call in and we just tell them about the bill or even for  us to know who is calling we call thousand of people daily. we just try to protect your confidentiality. this number 877-387-6545 company is TYMPANA collection company. Just got another 4 calls over the last 2 days on a business phone and 1 left on my cell phone. This nasty jamacian woman obviously doesn't care about breaking the LAW since she has been told 2 times not to call anylonger. I asked her before saying it if the phone conversation was being recorded and she said yes.. I replied good and explained to her by Law she is not to call anylonger etc.. She now leaves messages everyday on my business phone saying name of company and this number and her extension which is ext.2048
she's lucky she is not around the corner or my foot would be somewhere, where the sun don't shine! How can this company continue to break the law? I just don't understand how they get away with the harassment.

I have had the same problems, and have continuously ended up in arguments with this same woman.  She will not identify which company she is with or prove any sort of debt owed.  I have checked my credit reports, which I suggest you do the same to make sure nothing invalid is on there.  After paying off all items on my credit 2 months ago, I know this is illegitimate.  You can block this number by calling your cell carrier.

I have been getting calls as well from this number, not only on my personal cell but also at my parents house. When they call my cell, it rings once and they hang up and never leave a message. When they call my parents, they leave a name and number but thats pretty much it. I also found this other site for the name I have been seeing on this page.. makes perfect sense with the Jamaican lady always being the one that answers...

It looks completely unprofessional; like something someone would set up to give their scam phone calls a bit of credibility. They should be reported.

I've had the same experience. A very rude Jamaican-sounding woman (she never pronounces her name or that of her company very clearly, but I think it's the same name and company that Kim listed above). She keeps calling for my mother, but she usually calls when I'm home. I'll ask what she's calling about, and she'll say "a business matter", when I ask what kind, she'll say that it's "personal" and just for my mother to know about. This last time I got rather blunt with her, because I was sick of it, and she got PO'd. I hung up, but I'm sick of her calls. Any idea how to get it to stop? I think next time she calls I'll threaten to call the Better Business Bureau, and possibly follow through.
I'm glad I found this site, so I know what's going on. Don't give this lady any information!

Thank god for caller id I have these same 2 companies that have been calling me for 3 yrs about a bill one is unjust the other i owe but i was pulled from work by dr's because of illness after major surgeries and still no better and no work release from dr.s my point though is I have told these companies I dont have any money coming in and if i did i would pay the 1 they dont care that i have to get money from my family just to pay regular bills im not dishonest i could have filed bankruptcy but i hope to get better so i can work anyway now this number has started showing up i answered it once and it started with some recording not providing any info as to who the call was coming from just telling me to call them so i guess its that company changing numbers so I figure a collection agency but they should identify themselves
