This number doesn't work anymore either - i've tried about 15 different numbers that have been given to me by people who also can't get into contact with them.  THanks for giving this one too though :)

Hi, i bought a package with these ppl almost over a year ago and have gotten screwed on my first "planned vacation" which they confirmed it and everything and then refused to take my calls.  Now all the numbersz i have for them are not in service and oneactually goes to an RBC bank.  Does anybody have a recent WORKING phone number to contact these ppl?  feel free to email me xo_vic_xo@hotmail.com with any way to get my money back or get in contact with these ppl.... they're very good at going MIA on ppl.  Thanks!

Fax from "H.R. Department" advertising Final Notice vacation offers.  I am the HR Department and I didn't offer any vacations.  This is one of many so called offers I get faxed to me weekly.

We constantly receive faxes asking us to call this number. I have requested to be removed (using the number provided) on numerous occassions and nothing ever happens.

I just faxed their page back to that number. As it is a phone number and not a fax number - my fax machine will keep trying for a while -tying up their phone line and costing them money !

BIG SCAM.. sent to my office with no company name on it.. Prices are too good to be true anyway. Do not call these numbers!!

Don't call to remove your fax number.  It's a SCAM.  They confirmed your phone & fax number, then they sell this information to other SCAM artists.  I have no idea who are they.  I tried so many times removing my fax number !

I tried to get even with them by calling their toll free number, asking all kind of stupid questions, trips, locations, costs etc...  I pretended to book trip, then refused giving credit card number through phone for my own"security reason", asked the guy for mailing address so that I can send payment.  Try calling as many times as possible to waist their time & I figured they must be paying for long distance charges as well.... just to get even with these SCAM artists.

Just remember, before calling them, you should enter *67 so that they can't see your phone number.  If you are not sure, check with your phone provider for "number block" option.  This is a free service in my area (Toronto, Canada).

Let's have a "Get Even Scam" day, we all call in & disrupt their day.  How about coming Sunday August 1 ?

I regularly receive faxes from them with no company name. I've called several times to have my # removed, all to no avail.
I told them today if my number is not removed, I will call & leave so many messages on their machine that no one will be able to leave messages to book anything.

JUST RECEIVED A FAX FROM THIS COMPANY 2 TIMES A WEEK, AND CALLED LAST YEAR TO REMOVE FROM THEIR LIST DOESN'T WORK.  NOW IT IS OUR TIME TO DISTURB THEM.  WHY NOT CALL AND DISTURB THEM, INQUIRE ABOUT OTHER VACATION SPOTS AND THEN SEND THEM BACK THE E-MAIL, SEE IF THEY LIKE THE SAME TREAMENT.   LAST YEAR CALLED AND A MAN
ANSWERD HE SPOKE AND SREAMED AT ME AND CALLED ME A ******* A**.  WHAT GOOD BUSINESS.  SEE WHO WINS THEN.

You will find out, if you haven't already, that one requirement is that you attend a 90 minutes scheduled "fun and informative tour of the resort", and if you do not attend, you will be charged the resort rack room rate for your stay...

This may not be a scam in the sense that you might get a room somewhere, but it is a dishonest way that this company presents itself. If you only find out several weeks into it that your promotion also includes a timeshare presentation, I think that is a sneaky way to do business. I think you should be entitled to know all the information before you make a decision.

I just booked with these people too and every time I call to speak to my rep I am told that he/she no longer works there.  I grilled the guy on the phone and he said that the company is just one year old.  I have already started feeling like there is something shady going on here.  Not sure if it's just me, these postings or if it really is a shady deal.  

when you think about it, it really isn't a great deal.  A couple years ago I went to the D.R. for $800 all inclusive to a 5 start resort.  That's cheaper than I have been able to find for the price of tickets, transportation and the $199.99 I paid per person.

UR absolutely right, i called asked for Natasha the so called cust serv manager, Iris from cust serv says she no longers works there & Tania is the new manager it seems, MAX from reservations sells u packages they dont even offer, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMM !!!! They have my 1000 DOLLARS  & have not provided anyy service to me and never return my callsss. DO NOT CALLL !!!!!

Well, no luck with my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. VRH Vacations will not respond, and has been downgraded to an F rating on the BBB website. Good luck to those of you that choose to travel with this company.

This is exactly what i went through.

I"m going through that right now, there giving me miss information,very misleading,first rep was fired for not doing job correctly,2nd(general manager)quit, not i"m dealing with someone who is not proffesional and hung the phone up on me and still waiting because i"m out of a lot of money and i think their trying to prolong this so they can get out of this one year contract but it"s going to be my fault of coarse.

my 21 year old daughter and friend came home all excited ....."We're going to Mexico" they showed me the fax from their part time work hot off the press that they booked 4 nights 5 days for $199each....however that day they paid a total of $589. then the fun started this was booked in Aug for Nov (which they boooked their flights).....the phone number went out of service, the emails they left from the email address on the web site not returned, find another number trying day after day only to finally at the end of Oct get to speak with Tonya she informs them they will need to pay seasonal fee's of $150 each plus the $99 each tipping they knew about in order to go in Nov her reason was because it was not with 45 days notice um they booked in Aug. she says the guy they spoke to didn't send in their reservation to her and she does all the bookings, we try to explain this is not our fault.............ummmmm sorry no refunds she says. She offers that if we bump up our flights to 45 days notice she won't have to charge us the extra $150ea. Our flights are set. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! She finally emails a document which states you must be 30 years old and have a $50,000 income plus be a resident of US (none of which they meet).

Hi Beware! Sounds like this company has nothing but tricks up their sleeves. If they don't qualify to attend the time share presentation, shouldn't the company give them back all their money since they took the money from people that didn't meet their criteria for time share presentations?

I was the stupid one who booked a vacation through this company and now they are giving me a complete run around... their new number is 866 261 5130 if anyone cares to call and harrass them for a change.

FYI there is a Florida State Law that says any person cancelling a trip within 30 days of being purchased has to be refunded their money.   VRH vacations is in FLA... just make sure cancellation is sent in writing or email.

I received a fax from VRH Vactions to place of employment. The document had the same information as what is stated in the comment above this one. I booked a trip last August 2010 and now the number is disconnected. I got scammmmmed!!!

Did they end up getting their money back? I have not been successful yet..I also am not 30 or make $50000 or am even a resident of the USA.  I wonder if they will try to pull that with me.
