These people are nuts, they call you yelling and screaming, they dont want to tell you who they are and how they got your info but want you to tell them personal information. SCAM!!!

Wow.  Called back the number after they left me a message on my work voicemail.  They told me that the IRS has placed a collection on a credit card that I haven't had since 199x and that there is a remaining balance that the IRS is looking for.  Now that is an absolute first.  I am pretty sure the IRS is now selling "bad debts" (which I don't have) to collection agencies.  Anyone with half a mind can figure out that the IRS certainly doesn't need help in collecting a debt, they can just garnish wages if they needed to.  Then when I asked them to remove my work number from their file, persuant to the FDCA, the "woman" on the other end told me to stop talking.  I counted at least 5 violations of the FDCA in a 1 minute conversation.  I got bored and hung up on her.

Susan called my husband stating the i need to call them as soon as possible because somebody is trying to use my social security information and they wanted to confirm. when i called i ask what and and i ask the company name. They refuse to give me the company name and started screaming over the phone. my statement i dont know who you are and i will not confirm my social security number and hung up. the phone i recieved the call from 1877-394-0392

COMPLETE A-HOLES, RUDE NASTY ETC. TALK ABOUT IN YOUR FACE,  I CAN SEE IF YOU OWE SOMEONE MONEY THAT THEY WOULD WANT IT BUT TO HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS. They called my cell looking for my wife.  when i asked what it was about they said they couldnt discuss it with me unless i could confirm the last four of her social.  lucky for me i didnt remember, otherwise they would know the last four of her social which is dangerous.

Who returns a call to cell phone from just a number and company not stated re; "some paperwork that I just need some confirmation..."? Not me!

They leave me msgs but never state were they are calling from/ who they are. Very annoying. I dont want them calling me anymore.

Unbelievable, we just received a call from "samantha" saying that she need it to.discuss something with my boyfriend, and because he didnt understand english very much, he told me to call them instead. Lucky for me, I'm very aware of the bloodsuckers scams and it was unusual that the little b****h didnt want to tell me what CRA stands for or what was the company about.. Error #1 from them. Any oficial and secure company has to tell you the name and what it does.  This people wants nothing more than to get your hard working income for God knows what. They can say you owe any amount just to get any info out of YOU. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAAAAAAAMMMMMMM...

Warning: A sneaky tactic they use effectively to catch you off your guard is the "Emergency Call".  Someone will call you ( using only your first name for that real familiar & personal touch) with such panic and urgency in their voice, for you to immediately call them back because it's an emergency and  AMANDA (one of the common names they use)  needs to speak to you right away. STOP!!! Now, the TRAP is set, and their purpose is to get you to make a frantic callback before you really consider the fact that you may not even know a person named AMANDA, but while you are thinking and simultaneously dialing their number, nervously wondering what it could be, they answer and hook you before you realize that you have been caught. Now this tactic does not work for everyone, but it is effective for quite a lot of folks. These people sit down in their "HALL OF SHAME" around their "DECEPTIVE TACTICS" table and devise all kinds of schemes. In conclusion, while all debt is not bad, the "SYSTEM" fails in helping the average working class person avoid unnecessary debt and the "ESCAPE" from it. While most of us try to pay off our bills as best we can, sometimes LIFE gets in the way of our best intentions, and being harrassed by these unscruptulous collectors(VULTURES) with no consideration, no compassion and in my opinion, meager intellect, oftentimes armed with questionable data and inaccurate facts is not something  we want, it's simply something that  JUST IS... and unfortunately a part of this life that we just have to deal with because as long as people owe money to other unpaid people in higher places it's not going to stop. So, as "A FRIEND" "BE WARNED &BEWARE".

Called this number and did not give them what they wanted and this freakin nut case went off on me, I just let her, I thought it to be funny. It's not worrying me one bit.  It is something I had from 1987 or did not have... who knows and cares.  I wonder how much these fools get paid to be jerks all day long.
