I received a voice mail from this number as well. A lady named, Sherry, left a message saying this "This message is intended for Tina, if you are not Tina please hang up. If this is Tina then continue listening to this message. By listening to this message you acknowledge that you are Tina. Please call Sherry at CRA at 877-394-0396." What a joke! Hope Sherry isn't holding her breath.

CRA called from 757-716-7196 and left msg to call back.  It was important.  Returned the call and the man who answered asked to verify SS# and date of birth.  Refused to answer any questions and was told, "We found you, you can now go back into hiding.  You should hire an attorney."  He would not give any information as to why they called.   I have no outstanding/old debts.  Told him he was a scammer and I was reporting the call.  Then hung up.

I got a call from this company and they called my husbands cell number and mine as well left a message on my cell phone for Melissa Pace to call but did not tell me what company.  I called back to find out what this
was about and Sherry told my that I had a breech of contract and owed 431.00 and some change. I asked what company this was for and she said money market.  I have no clue what this is and told the lady that I would need back up in order to verify if this was my bill.  I looked up money mart and it is a check cashing place and I did not ever cash a check their.  then the lady very rudly told me they were not sending out any more back up and told me that she would contact the person they were calling about and said good luck to me and hung up.

Called my sister on her cell phone and I told them she's not available that I would take a msg. Then then asked who I was adn told them I was her sister they asked me if I knew her cell number.....I said no then they said you dont know your sisters cell number? I said of course I do but I will not be giving it to you!!! As they would not tell me what company they were calling from just that they had very important paper work to go over with her and it was imperative that she call right away..... You would think that they knew it was her cell phone they were calling in the first place!!! John Shelton is who was instructiong her to call back at 877-349-0396 and Caller ID showed757-716-7193.

These people called and asked for my wife and said it was in regards to her Social Security number and that there is some sort of problem with her number. WhenIi started to question these guys about this, all of a sudden I was disconnected, called back and knew they were some sort of collection agency and they hung up on me again. I believe other rthan a government agency you are not allowed to create a sense of urgency in regards to some kind of phony ID theft in regards to your Social Security number. Do yourself a favor and block the number, however they will block their own number back as a " private number ' and will keep calling. Collection agencies are the scum of the earth for when you do settle on a disputed debt they will not put it in the credit bureaus as a satified collection for they will not spend the money.
Don't forget that they purchase old debts for something like 10 cents on the dollar and if you are try'n to get a house loan or anything of that nature they will threaten you with getting you turned down on your upcoming loan/refinance.  SCUMBUCKETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone named Tracy Berman (?) called my parents from this number, insisted on talking to me immediately and gave my mother the 877-394-0396 number.  Even though I know she will probably keep calling my very elderly parents trying to find me, they know to blow her off.  I certainly will not be calling her back.  My phone number is not listed, and my parents are the only listed people with the same last name, so i'm sure that's why she called them.

Got a call on my work number, how they got that number I have no idea. Samantha said I sent her some documents and she wanted to discuss the items with me, I told her that I could not talk and she told me to call 877-394-0396 but the number that came across on the caller id was 757-716-7190, and tell the receptionist that I need to talk to Samantha she is waiting for my call. Will not call them back, just checked my credit report nothing on it. Why these companies think they can collect on old, old debts is unbelievable.

My wife picked up the phone and a woman named "Nicole" told her that I had sent them a "document" but the she (Nicole) did not understand it. Wanted me to call her back to explain what the "document" was all about. Said she was from CRA. This is a new one for me.

I have recieved the same message and the same response. Says that I took out payday loan in July of 2006. I asked for info and they cannot give it to me! They were very rude!!!

Received a call regarding a payday loan I cannot remember taking out. Am being told that I owe $1079.65 from a supposedly written check in July, 2006. Also told I can settle for 621.82 if done in 48 hours. They will not release any information to me in writing regarding this stating I have already received the information and they can not re send it. Sounds fishy to me. Also threatened to take me to court which would also cost thousands more. Anyone with any information in regards to this company, please let me know! Would be greatly appreciated.

This people are so rude and they trying to charge me something from 2002 and we are in 2011.

I to returned a phone call to this #  after they harassed my 73 yr old mother yesterday when I told them of my bankruptcy the guy got cocky and arrogant then wouldnt even me his name or what the bill was about

also got a call about 4:30 this afternoon the guy was a complete jerk about a bill that was written off in 2002
