Who complains about a state program?!! All you have to do is look at the Washington State Housing Finance commission Website. http://www.WSHFC.ORG
There are hundreds of these classes available free to the public....Fraud?....No, just a State program for first time home buyers.... Its an actual Washington State backed program! I wonder if this guy thinks if "HUD" or "Arch" programs are "scams" to get your phone number too!...LOL!!!!!

All Washington State Housing Finance Commission classes are taught by Agents and Lenders. The State requires it. In fact, you have to attend training from Washington State Housing Finance Commission to even teach these courses. It really is the only legit class out there, and has helped thousands get into their first home through there down payment assistant program. Here is the Financing Commissions website: http://www.wshfc.org ..... As for the claims of zero down loans that are still available, there is. One for instance is called a "USDA loan". It does not require a down payment, but it must be in specific designated areas in Washington state, that meet the requirements for the loan..... But you do not have to take my word for it, look it up yourself....These classes are not a scam, and have been around for a long time, with a certificate awarded to you after the class. These certificates are good for 2 years and satisfies the requirement set by the Finance Commission.

I am Sam DiBello and this is NOT a call from our organization.  This is NOT our phone number.

Our website is www.WashingtonHousingEducation.org.  Our phone number is 800-486-5250. All of the facts concerning who we are and what we do, including our contact information is there.

Our first-time home buyer classes are sponsored by the Washington State Housing finance Commission. These 5 hour classes must be attended in order to receive up to $60,000 in down payment assistance.  The State asks industry professionals such as realtors and loan officers to be the instructors. These instructors donate their time and money to teach these classes.  There?s nothing under-handed here.

In our automated calls we clearly provide our phone number and web-site?and the receiver is told that they can press "8" to be removed from our non-profit call list.

We invite anyone to visit our site or give us a call?anytime. On our site you?ll find literally hundreds of attendee testimonials about the legitimacy and tremendous value of our first-time home buyer classes.

"Hello, my name is Edward.  In an initiative to educate the public, Washington Housing Education, a non-profit, is now offering free local home-buyer and home-seller seminars held monthly.  The class will go over the entire home buying process and any financial assistance that you might need, including zero down payment loans and lower interest rates.  We will tutor you on how to recognize the tricks and methods used in today's real estate market.  No solicitation or sales pitches are allowed in these classes.  All class materials are free and sponsored by Washington Housing Education.  To register for an upcoming class or for more information, feel free to contact us at 1-877-399-9555.  Once again, our number is 1-877-399-9555."

Washington Housing Education is apparently a nonprofit organization founded by Sam DiBello, but he is apparently a realtor who may work for ReMax.  Doesn't this sound awfully like a scam?  "Zero down payment indeed", "tricks and methods" indeed!  Something tells me these people know all about the mortgage crunch.
