recived a message on my cell phone that they were trying to serve me a summons for bad check charges I dont have no bad check charges... So i recorded the call and sent it to my lawyer who is going to sue them cause legally they can threaten you without carrying it out. so now they will be paying me.

Called my work number for my husband and said they where going to bring a summons to him at work for a bad check? I asked for information on this bad check to be mailed to use (remember this is for my husband not me - they should not be legally able to tell me anything about his business). They said they could not they where working for an outside company. They then had the nerve to call my husband's father and tell him the same thing they told me. THis is illegal!!!! If they do not stop harrassing us and our family I will SUE them!!!
