BEWARE! FRAUDS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They called my husband up at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night trying to sell him a camera battery for his dad's camera. They guy was extremely rude when my husband questioned the guy's identity and told him he would buy the item online. My husband is very polite and asked the guy to call back at a better time. It was late! His mother-in-law gave the company his cell phone number. OOPS! The guy got bilgerant with my husband and hung up on him! The guys at the company are shady and will scam you!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have rec'd the same kind of calls from this #.  Also, rec'd a threat that if I kept calling , I would receive a 20 % cancellation fee on my credit card. They are nasty & rude people.
Why isn't something done about this comopany as I see complaints going back a few years. Why are they still in business ???

I just received my "confirmation" call regarding the Canon SD1100. Just like everyone else, they started in on how I needed the 2 gig high speed memory card, and better battery. I started to cut him off before he could finish his "up-sell"; that's when the conversation went bad. He got very rude and raising his voice saying "...let me finish."  He then also told me I ordered a "grey market" camera and would have to pay more to get the US version in English. The cost of the camera would be $199. I told him that is what I can buy for at Best Buy in the next 10 minutes and not wait on his order. I then told him that his company sales tatic is clearly bait and switch.  The conversation got uglier. He told me that he is going to cancel my order and that he only makes $5 bucks on this deal and it isn't worth it. Are you kidding me?! I told him "no hang on a minute" as I was looking at some pricing online for the memory etc.  He told me again he was going to cancel my order and if I want it call back. He hung up on me. WOW! So now I have made it my mission to let everyone know about poor excuse of a company. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.....PERIOD.

i was going to order a digital camera but when i started to ask ?'s about it they hung up on me. Now that i seen this im glad he did.

SCAM ARTISTS Stay AWAY. Bought a gps system and the guy calls me and tries to sell me a bunch of stuff for $200-$300 more, When I say I am not interested the guy berates me and makes fun of me. When I say I am not interested & ask for his name he hangs up on me.

Go somewhere else, these guys are UNETHICAL....

A gentleman called to say that he needed to confirm the order my husband had placed for a GPS.  I asked him to call back in 15 minutes.  He argued with me stating, "I can't call back, he will have to call me."   Then he proceeded to berate me because I could not take the number down.  Treated me like dirt under his feet. After he berated me he said fine, the order is cancelled and hung up.   I called the number on caller ID 1-877-425-9933 and another guy answeredm (funny he sounded just like the jerk who berated me).  I explained the situatuion to him and he said he didn't believe my story.  I asked him to confirm the order in the system was cancelled and he said it was.  I asked who cancelled it and he said he didn't know.   I asked him to uncancel it and he said he couldn't...their policy is once it is canceled there is nothing he can do.   Funny thing...the email my husband received saying the order was cancelled said "order was cancelled because item was on backorder."  

I knew during the phone call when I was berated that these guys were running a shady operation.  The guys who call are nasty.   I'm glad he cancelled the order...he did us a favor!

THESE PEOPLE ARE REPULSIVE! That's me 2 posts up. After going through that, to this day have not received so much as an email. SO TODAY I call them to see what's up as we need this camera by Sunday and I purchased because it was IN STOCK and ready to ship.

Now I am told the order is on hold because the camera is 3 weeks out! I can't believe any place this crappy is in business. I learned my lesson. Been shopping online all my life and just learned to google companies before I buy if I don't have personal experience with them.

Now I gotta watch my credit card statements. I don't trust these people at all. I cancelled my order. Who has 3 weeks to wait?

Just bought a camcorder from them yesterday. It is a good one of which we have already used 2 others. Today this guy calls to tell me I forgot the most important thing, the battery. Said the standard one only works 20 minutes. I told him normally I would upgrade but this was used for broadcasting online and would always be plugged in. He insisted that the A/C was only to charge and I HAD TO USE THE BATTERY or the camera would not work. I told him he was wrong because I already had 2 other cameras the same model. He insisted I had a similar camera. When I told him I purchased this particular model because I had experience with it he told me to enjoy my order and gave up. UNETHICAL upsell techniques for sure.

Tried to buy a Nikon Coolpix P5100 from these guys. They called me back and tried to sell med a better battery (which many places try to do). However, when I refused to buy and extra battery, he said he would not ship me the camera. I told him to cancel the order, but these guys are obviously dishonest.
