answer and tell them to add you to their 'Do Not Call' list. Then if they call again, immediately ask for a supervisor and tell them the same thing. Get names of the people you talk to. The calls should stop.

These idiots keep calling as many as 4 times a day. The only thing that shows up on Caller ID is the number. They could not be anyone that we do business with - Dr's, Utilities, etc; as our primary numbers are cell phones, nor personal friends/families for same reasons. I have started just pushing the send button, set the phone down & ignore it for a minute, then I push end. And they still haven't learned ! Today, I put the phone up to my ear & listened to some guy ask for me or my wife & then he kept saying Hello ????, I sure smiled when I hung up on him. It's their dime.

i think 8 at night is a little too late to be calling. if it's important, LEAVE A MESSAGE. someone will try to call you back. otherwise, don't tie up the line.

They call twice a day wanting to speak to my wife (our mortgage is in her name with no issues on the account). I advise them she works out of town and nights, so she is not available. I also advise them I am her husband and may I take a message or help them since she is not available. Each time they refuse either offer telling me they will call back at a more convenient time????? I usually get one call in the morning and another in the evening with the same results. It's very annoying, especially when they won't talk to me or consider that my wife is not available when they call. It's right on the brink of harassment.

They have called 4 times in the past two days, the mortgage is in my husband's name so they only want to speak with him....he works so he is not home when they call. They will not stop calling!!!! It is not about an issue with our account, it is just a sales call. It's bad enough we get these annoying call from other companies, do we really need to deal with our Mortgage compnay bothering us too?
