This company keeps calling me. It is called "hacker company"  what and why are they hacking?

I CALLED THIS MORNING TO THIS NUMBER. I THINK THEY ARE HACKERS AND WANT AND/OR LOOKING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BUSISNESS. PLEASE DON'T ANSWER MORE AND DON'T ANSWER ANY CALLA FROM AMEX, FIRESTONE, BANK OF AMERICA VISA, BEST BUY AND ANY BANK AROUND USA.

I answered the number twice and told them they have the wrong number but they have been calling me every hour on the hour since 10am this morning.  I think it is a scam.  They representative speaks in spanish but once I say you have the wrong number they say "I am sorry thank you for your time" in english.
