Thank you.  I contacted the law firm that you listed.  I also contacted the IC3 (FBI), FTC, PA State's Atty General's Office and my IdentityTheft911 Fraud Investigator.  Payday loans are illegal in the State of PA because they charge 782.14% interest.  When this Kim Davis called, she wanted to take $50 every two weeks from now until June from my bank account and would only accept payment via my debt card. I already contacted my Federal Credit Union and they blocked everything.  Allstate Processing Group is associated with Vince Enterprises LTD, which I read is being sued.

I believe faxing papers to your employer is violating your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would document everything.  As far as your debit card, I would notifiy your bank right away. Also, they should provide you with contractual proof that they bought the loan. I received a call from someone named Kim Davis at my workplace. He seemed deceptively nice at first, but then his true colors came out. He did not have any interest in listening to me--he kept talking over me and I had to hang up on him as he sounded like a "jerk." I told him I do not pay a voice over the phone. Also, I am not sure what kind of scam they are running. I actually sought legal council last week regarding this situation, and he thinks that these people really do not have any interest in setting up a payment plan. Their intent is to file a law suit, and you wind up paying a lot more in the end as they will claim you also have to pay their attorney's fees. I do not know how true this is. Anyway, I wish you luck. I am determined that these people are not going to control my life. I found out about a company called Lemberg & Associates online who will help you file a law suit against these people. You should look them up online.  They claim they do not charge anything, and they can sue them for up to $1,000. It might be worth looking into.

I received a call from Allstate Processing Group, Kim Davis, stating they are calling for Vince Enterprises LLC stating that I if I don't make payment arrangements for $400.00 they were going to fax papers to my employer and local prothonotary office regarding this debt.  They took my debit card number etc.  What should I do?

these people are a scam trying to get your info.  all they have is a phone number and name.  Anyone can google that info to harress you.

I got the same call today they left a message on my cell saying that they are going to serve court papers. Funny thing I called Allstate to let them  know and they acted like they did not care
