I have all the information about "Mark" to contact him directly, at his residence. Is anyone interested in providing him the same level of courtesy and hospitality that he has been providing you ?

Joe,
I am trying to find the name and mailing address of Mr. Summerville. You mentioned Minnesota. Did you find or can you point me to more details (if possible)?

In addendum to below - it is FTC not FCC.

Beware: "Mark Summerville" is a debt collector that has a tactic of calling 3rd parties leaving harassing messages in order that those 3rd parties will do his dirty work. For instance, if you have no memorable debts and he is calling you, it is probably because you have some distant (albeit non-legal or blood) relationship to a debtor he has been assigned. He is obnoxious, rude and agressive. He thinks by pressuring friends, relatives of the debtor, that they will pressure the alleged debtor to pay. I believe this tactic is illegal and certainly an invasion of your privacy. If he is calling you about a 3rd party, tell him that 1) you will report the call to FCC and local authorities, and 2) not to call you again. Hopefully that will end the harassing calls of this loser.
