I'm getting the same calls first they told me someone is taking me to court and there was a restraining order attached to it so it freaked me out I called they wouldn't even tell me what it was about they wanted my address this is a scare tactic don't fall for it this is a headhunter paid to track you down to serve papers to you they will say and do anything to get your attention I've figured out in my case this was a credit card (capitol one) 200 dollar limit which is now over a thousand I talked to a lawyer he said these tactics are illegal these people are parasites taking advantage of people in a down economy do not give them anything

Recieved a call from this number stating that they were prepared to serve papers at my job, if I did not call back, phone number came up unavailable.  They also refused to provide me with any information unless I choose to give them last four digits of my social....I refused to give them that information, they provided me with a file number which should have been suffficient....

This company called my relative and verified an address that I lived at over a decade ago with my ex husband and gave her this number, they say I owe a credit card debt from 4 years ago and the balance of this account was over a thousand dollars, I opened up that card when I had lost my job at the time and the limit was ONLY 200 dollars with a high interest rate but I know any interest and fees would not rack up to over $1000 on a $200 limit, They wanted to explain to me that my "case" has already been assigned to an attorney, an I was informed if i do not pay everything I will go to court so I told them my updated address and told them to send me proof they told me that I could receive a court summons by the time I get proof and from that point they can't speak with me i never received proof and I never received a summons. It has been since the beginning of July since I've spoken with the young lady in the corporate office of ics, So my advice to all of you is to research research research before paying ANYTHING over the phone, IT'S OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!

This company called a relative of mine I haven't talked to in years stating I was to be summoned to court the next day. I live thousands of miles away, and have never received a call from this company myself.

Got the same message from some woman calling about forwarding some info to the Clerks office and the weird thing is she was "verifying" an address of my son and the address she had was one of ours from almost 19 years ago?  IDK why she called my cell number in regards to my son who was a little kid when we had that address.  When I called the number back, a man answered and said "Corporate Office" so I hung up. A minute later my cell phone rang from 714-617-1599 (*86) and the same man left a message that said, "I just got a phone call from this number and I was calling back to see who it was."  WTF?  I didn't call the 714 number, I dialed the 877 number.

I'm receving many calls from this number all day and night, Please I really need them to stop.
