They're calling me about some girl with the same last name. No relation. I don't know who she is. I know she's never lived at this address, because I bought this place new. I keep telling them, and they keep calling. When I ask to remove my number, they hang up. I guess I'll have to have a lawyer buddy "lawyer them up" a little bit.

This is a scam!  I received a call from a Megan Mason stating I had past debt and that I would be going to jail if I didnot respond. There are laws against threatening people. No legitimate debt collection agency will threaten you with jail time. There us no record of this company. They are from NY. They do not have a website either. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!

They left  me a msg on someone else's phone something about "serving me" due to a past debt. I called them and the guy was hollering at me saying that a sheriff was going to come serve me papers  if I didn't pay a debt from about 5 years ago that nobody has ever contacted me about.Are these guys legit  ?!!?! I can't find a business named I D Solutions, Inc in New York (where they said they were from) or anywhere.

I got a call from this number saying about a legal suit against me and they are harrasing my boyfriendss mother  I am soo tired of this what can I do for them to stop,

I got a phone call but did not answer. They left a message saying there was a civil lawsuit filed against me in my county.. It was an automated voice system that did not say who was filing against me nor did they said where my county was. After reading previous comments and how it came from not a local number I am convinced it is a scam.

This guy called me looking for a family member claiming they were going  to press charges for 'malicious act with intent to defraud' when I tried to get more details he would not give me any and was very rude and would not tell me what business he was calling from ect. I told him he was a scam artist and hung up. They repeatedly called me, so I called back and asked them to not call again. The guy proceeded to shout profanity at me. This confirmed, to me, that this was a scam, no professional speaks like this, collection agency or not. I blocked their number from further calls. Beware, don't give in to their scare tactics!

I just received a harassing phone call from some unidentified person, or company. They were rudely claiming a failure to respond, but never even said a failure to respond to whatever their scam was all about. This was an absolute deceptive harassing phone message with no real person or no real information about their claim. This was a unwarranted harassing call. I will not respond to anyone who does not come forth with legitimate cause or purpose.

I got the same number calling me. I'm like what n how y'all get my number.

I received two messages from this number.  Neither time have they identified themselves and the message made it sound like some kind of court case or other action is pending against me.  "Pursuant to the state financial deposits institution reform recovery enforcement act, there is a case pending ordered with the county clerk's office...." never identifying what county, or case, no named individual etc.  

The second message warned me not to ignore their calls and to return the call.  

Sounds like total BS to me... I hate these kinds of calls and scammers!

The caller didn't identify himself or his company. We did not take the call.

Yes I received a call from this # the guy was very rude. Informed him I never opened up a bank account with this bank he told me I was lying and he is send my account through and I will not be able to have a bank account. Even when I expained to him I am a victum of ID Theft and I can fax the info over he said that doesn't prove anything I am sending it over then hu in my face. What kind of company does that and who are they. I asked for a supervisor the guy said he is the supervisor said I was lying and everything.

This number answers as ID Solutions.  They buy old debt..mine was an overdraft checking back in 2010...I closed the account, told them not to let anything thru and the bank did anyway...
