You can file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in the State of Florida and the state you live in. I just called and had them cancel my so called membership as well. I told them if they charge my credit card again I would be filing a complaint with the AGs office in Florida and Texas and they can be subject to hefty fines. If I see that charge again I will be filing and I suggest you all do the same as well. You can also file one against US Legal Resource. I'll probably be doing that one as well since they charged me twice also.

Oh, yes--the 877 number is "out of service". If you've been scammed, contact your bank's customer service number and ask for the fraud department, or just explain what happened, and they'll walk you through what you need to do. Have your bank account and emails or other info available, or already copied/printed--you'll need to do that anyway to submit a claim.

Happened to me too--via USA Legal Resource, who clearly has a scam running with Suncoast Auto Savings--same phone number as below, 877-483-0369--whoever they are. I signed up for a trial of legal services. Within the next 3 weeks, this "Suncoast" had debited my checking account for 2.95, then another 2.95, then 24.95. I spoke with "USA", and the one and only receptionist, Megan, slipped and indicated she knew the amounts that Suncoast was taking, as they differed from what USA Legal debited from accounts, said she (I told her I'd called to complain USA Legal was double billing me--and actually, I thought possibly Suncoast may have been just another dba, or a buyer of the company--these days, who knows?). Gotcha! Anyway, I wouldn't trust USA Legal Resource, that's a sure thing. And since I've had zero contact myself with Suncoast, that's clearly a scam, and I know exactly where they got my bank info from. My bank will be handling the fraud claim.

They took 2.95 out of my account twice and it was for some legal service if you call them and leave a message they will call you back, but its always the same lady.

If you were billed, it is because you were signed up through a legal services plan. Customer service number is 877-483-0369.
