Here's the best part!--- "Well it was a couple hundred so I did not spend much time to contact them or try to get my money back". A LOT of daylight coming through this story.

So I was scammed and did not know. The claimed my sister owed them money. I cared about her so I paid. After I paid I did some research. I felt so dumb. Well it was a couple hundred so I did not spend much time to contact them or try to get my money back. Last week I got a refund check from them saying the attorney general had an agreement with them. I guess because what they were doing is illegal, at least in MA. So yeah if you were scammed, contact the attorney's general. In my case, I did not contact but I guess there were probably a lot of people that contacted and they were under investigated by the AG.

How do you get these people stop calliong... I just don't answer or return their calls but I can't have them keep calling my job!!!

When does it stop!!! and how do you get them to stop calling. It's getting old having them call my place of employment.

I received a call from a lady named Becky saying she is with the Ferrell law group regarding a payday loan. She called at 4pm on a Friday and said I had to call her back the same day. I am about to file bankruptcy in a few weeks, I've read this company is a scam should I call her back

nope not a real collection. these guys are fake. scammers that have been doing this for a long time trying to scam people with fake debts and lawsuits.

they are illegal to begin with. they are scammers. nothing but piece of trash foreign scum scammers.

scammers. they use multiple scams. fake attorneys are their main one. do not believe them. do not give them any info, do not pay them any money.

These people are very demanding.  They have no clue what they are talking about.  I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I answered the phone when it rang from this phone number, it was a recording saying thank you for calling the law offices of (not sure what it said here).  I did not call them, they called my home.  Then a human got on the phone and asked for someone who I do not know.  It was a quick call, hopefully they wont be calling back.  Not sure what company they are with tho.
