Never mind.  After months and months I finally called it back, and turned out to be a real person on the other end looking for someone who has never lived here, over a money matter. :(

This call has been coming for MONTHS now, comes at LEAST 4-6 times a week, at all hours, and starts out like it's already into the message, and told you WHO it is, when it hasn't.  :(
It says, "at 877-470-3750 and use reference number ????????????" and that's all it says.  It doesn't tell who they are, what the reference number is referring TO, or anything else. :(
It's listed as "Private Caller" or "Out of Area" on everything and the incoming caller ID, so I can't reverse call look it up, and tell them to stop, but I'm afraid to CALL it, because I don't know if it's one of the things that you call and then they have a way to use your information since YOU called THEM.  ?
It would be REALLY nice to know how to STOP the calls.

I have received several calls from a recording from this phone number.  They request that I call them back which I believe is illegal.  My number is listed with the "Do Not Call Registry".

I have reported this number to the do not call registry as my number is listed with them.  It is against the law for them to use any of my phone numbers to contact me.  It is also against to call these numbers and leave a reordd message to contact them.
I have never done business with this company and have written them to cease and desist.

Calls repeatedly but no one ever speaks.
