I get 4 calls a day from this number. When I answer nobody responds; they just hang up. It feels like I'm being harassed. When I call the number back they say they don't have my number in their system.

For several weeks, the phone rings around 9 or 9:30. The line is open but no one speaks. It then takes us a couple of minutes to get a dial tone.
