Received a call from them, called them back at this number and was connected to Westgate Arbitration.  The first thing they did was look up my case number and name and ask me to confirm I was who they were looking for.  I was not.  They had the wrong "Joe Smith".  The apologized for bothering me and confirmed my phone number so they could remove it from their database.  The guy I spoke with was pleasant and professional.

received calls from this number demanding a pay a pass due pay day loan with  debit or credit card,also threatening to deliver  court papers from a third person locator

Got a call from this number, 877-484-7035, claiming there is an "ID fraud case" has been filed against me. Interesting information because I've been the victim of ID Theft, TWICE. I followed the reports and found out the number is registered to the following company.

This # called stating they were a fire department investigating a incidence about my son.They said they would only call three times before turning over to authorities.I have never heard of such!!

Im dealing with the same thing, the man was super rude. I dont want to be sued but I dont know if this is real...what is there to do?  I dont want to give my payment information to some random person calling me trying to overtalk me and threaten me.

This number has called me and several family members several times saying they are Westgate Arbitration. They say my husband and I were being sued from an old payday loan, which was paid off to the payday loan company last year. They said they were just collecting a statement of intent to be included in said lawsuit. I told him that was paid off and he said I needed to have a letter or bank statement showing the balance was paid and that the lawsuit was open. They have access to my personal information, references, everything. I asked him to not be telling everyone our personal business when he calls as it is a violation of privacy since he was including case numbers and that we were being sued and what for on other people's machines. He got very rude, and would not let me talk. All I did was ask them not be including all this personal information to my references. This loan was paid off so there is no way I could be getting sued for non payment. I have never received anything from the payday loan company that I was in default, and wouldn't they have sent something out first? This WA place is violating laws and need to be stopped. Either it's a legit company that is in violation of federal law, or it is a scam which is what I am thinking since that was paid.

Yes they need to be sued what they are doing is illegal. I am considering going down to my local police department to file a report against them.Then reporting them to my attorney general office, The FTC and FBI if enough of us do this they will be investigated like the guy from California that had people In India working for him he was caught by the FBI doing the same thing. These people will be caught if enough of us file complaints with all our local agency's and governments. What these people are doing is illegal they are violating the FDCPA and impersonating a processing and summons official which is a Felony. When they call they always say there some type of local summons company contacting you on behalf of the Plaintiff which is always a different company name today they said Mediation Arbitration but left the number for Westgate Arbitration then they've called me from the same number they called from today and have given me a number to a company named Mutual which all leads back to WESTGATE ARBITRATION I have a lot of evidence against these people. They will be caught. If they are calling you they have access to your credit reports I had a guy from there reading off stuff from my credit report such as addresses and other stuff to try to intimate me. Please put freezes and alert all the credit bureaus about this. THEY NEED TO BE PROSECUTED.

Can they really sue u for a payday loan?

I got a call from this company a while back and decided to look into it (mainly because I can't afford to pay it back!) too see if they have the rights to this or whatever. Unfortunately, I checked into it and this is the company that was named from the original company. So, I borrowed the money and paid it back. I just checked my credit report and it showed that I paid it. At least they did what they said they would. But, I'm not taking anymore payday loans out. There basically legal loan sharks!!

Don't know who Rhonda Whittaker is, and this message definitely didn't get to her.
Called the number back and asked to speak with Steve Watson.  The man who answered the phone wanted my name, which I did not provide.  I told him to have Steve Watson verify his records for the correct contact information on Rhonda Whittaker.  The message was left on the wrong number.
We are not a Rhonda Whittaker's secretary or location service, and cannot help locate anyone.  So, please stop calling.

Recieved call from this number said they are from IBC calling for my niece and they gave her name. Said she have a hearing that she need to appear at with a case number 460844 and he only had 72 hours before he turned the case over to the authorities and she need to call them back.  I asked how he get my number and he said I was listed as a reference.  I checked the number online and it came up as a scam number.

Called 3 times in 10 minutes.
Harrassment

Recieved call from this number said they are from IBC and this is the 3rd attempt that I have a hearing that I need to appear at with a case number and to call them back. when I do I get a recording then hung up on.
