Financial Debt Reduction company promising to show that you can save hundreds of dollars in interest fees on your high APR, high balance credit card by working with your credit card company to lower your APR to a very very low fixed APR for the life of the card provided that you maintain your current payment plan.  Asks for your credit card number and social security number in the validation process.  Promises to show that they can save you money in writing and lower your credit card APR, if they can not, they promise to refund your new credit card charges.  This service charged me $990.00.

Telemarket claiming Financial Services can lower interest on all credit card for $49 kit...takes out $749 out of account
