This is capital management.  They are trying to collect a debt from me that is has already fallen off of my credit report and the statute of limitations expired on about 5 years ago.  They keep calling me and wont stop.  If you get a call from them becareful not to admit to owing the debt or make any promises to pay it will restart the statute of limitations.

I keep getting this number too, but no message-I want them to stop and will report it to the Attorney for further follow-up

This number is associated with Capital Mgmt, these people are rude.  A supv there I talk to started saying that they were going to send my case to a lawyer in the state I live.  so I said Well I'm filing for bankrupcy, so you know when you sue me.  She started backtracking.  I also told her not to call my work.  Then 2 weeks later a girl named Shawna called from this company at my work.  I also told her not to call my work and the next call I would report them.
