I have told them to stop calling me. I've told them on the phone. I've told them repeatedly by email, Ted Kruger [TedK@tsconcepts.com]
I've filed many FTC complaints against them. I'm on the DO Not Call List. But my final revenge is something called selective call forwarding. Now whenever they call my number, they just end up calling another criminal telemarketing spammer!

Got a call from them very early in the morning. No message, caller Id says "TOLL FREE CALL". Looked it up here - I don't own a timeshare and will be reporting them to the FCC. Looked up their website as well to confirm that it's Timeshare Convepts.

This is at least the 4th time they have stated that my number will be placed on their Do-Not-Call list.  Total BS - they didn't remove it the first 3 times, why should I believe them now?  Told the minimum-wage sales-droid that this call was, once again, being reported to the FTC and FCC for federal Do Not Call violations.

Hey, Ted Kruger - do your wage-slaves know about the illegal way you are running your business?  The one that called this morning does now, after I filled her in.  I was able to get enough information from her to be able to file a full report with the FTC, also plan to file for settlement of $500 per call statutory damages as specified by law in WA state small claims court.  How does another Better Business Bureau complaint sound to you?  I see you've had to deal with a dozen or so over the past year...

Got a call early this morning from this number.  I let it ring, never would have guessed that it was a Timeshare call!  I don't even own a Timeshare, and I don't want one!! I'm thankful to have this site, now I know just to let it ring.

I told the guy off and hung up on him.  Probably not the best thing to do but these idiots do NOT listen!  I have never owned a timeshare, if that's what the call was about, and I didn't give anyone my cell number.  How the heck do they get these numbers when they aren't given out anywhere?!?!

I recieved a call from this number several times.  Although I do own a timeshare and would love to rent or sell it there is no way I would do business with beggers.  Those who call offering help that you did not ask for are mostly into helping themselves to your $$$.  I do not know of any honest companies at this time regarding the selling of timeshares in todays market.  I have ask to be removed from call list and I too just get passed around to different sells people.  I am considering a blowhorn or a whistle at this point because I do check the numbers and resent the harrassment.

I get harassing calls from this number daily.  The caller does not state who they are with, and each time they ask the same question "Do you want to sell your time share?"  When I give my answer, which is....."I don't own a time share" they immediately hang-up.

Something is not right.

They are persistent. Even after answering the last time and telling them I don't own a timeshare, they continue to call. Since there number is now in my call log saved as a telemarketer, I just don't answer anymore.

FYI for all you people who think that the Federal DO NOT CALL LIST is for real, think again. Has anyone gone to the site to file a complaint lately? You file, keep getting the calls, no response from the Feds (oh wait, they say they won't respond to you) and nothing gets done.

Another Federal program funded with our hard earned dollars, and with no results. If all these calls are happening, then why don't we hear more about them in the news. Because the DO NOT CALL LIST doesn't work.

Lastly, WHO (and WHY) allowed it to be OK for political calls and charities to call people on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Clogging up my mailbox (at a discounted postal rate {no wonder they lose money} isn't enough! Maybe someday the politicians will work for us since we pay there salary.

Received a call from this number asking if I wanted to sell my timeshare, and when I asked why was he calling me and how he got my number he immediately became defensive.  Very rude and obnoxious!  These people should not be allowed to call us, especially when my number is on the do not call list.

Does your 'technical problem' somehow also prevent you from checking the numbers against the federal Do Not Call list as well?  The law does state that all numbers are to be checked against the DNC list every 30 days.  Obviously you have NOT been doing this.

Our number has been on the list for several years, so there is absolutely no reason that we should be receiving any calls from you, yet the calls keep coming in (and being reported to the FTC web site, every time).  We have no business relationship with you, and have definitely not given you permission to call.

Hey, 'Common Sense', it's ALSO a federal law that these telemarketers screen their numbers every 30 days and remove all that are on the Do Not Call list, unless you have either given them permission to call or have an existing business relationship...I report every one of these illegal calls to the Federal Trade Commission www.donotcall.gov web site.  I'm happy to report here that one of the companies I made multiple complaints about finally received a $3.6 million fine for Do Not Call violations (obviously, many others also complained).

Why should anyone expect that a consumer would give ANY personal or financial information to someone who has already shown that they are completely willing to break federal law by calling you in the first place?  Are there people out there that are REALLY that dumb?  (Rhetorical question - there must be, or these call would dry up overnight.)

Where is your base of facts that allows you to declare "just another scam"?

Do you have first hand knowledge that it is a scam or are you just talking out of your backside, showing off your glowing ignorance. Maybe you are a scam or a pedophile or maybe a bank robber or chronic exhibitionist? Could be!

You have already demonstrated your not to bright; A company calls asking about your timeshare and you conclude they are asking about your home. Hmm

WOW...what a bunch of pathetic losers. Waw waw waw, I got a unsolicited phone call. I'm a victim.

Get a life idiots. First if you idiots would answer the phone and politely asked to be removed from the calling list they will do so in most cases. It's a federal law. No company wants people complaining or making accusations to the authorities or to the BBB. I'm betting when you ask to be removed you are more rude and ignorant than any telemarketer. Not only don't they take you off their list they probably send your number to other people to increase your calls. You get what you deserve. Or... Stupid is as stupid does.  LMAO

By the way it is neither spam nor illegal to make solicitation calls, its called free enterprise.

If you don't like it maybe you should move to Cuba; or hope for Obama's re-election. He hates Free Enterprise too!
