Received call from Gift Promotion on Dec 2, 2009 at 6:45 PM at caller ID 708-396-7397. Bruce said our number was selected from a contest entry (we never give out our home number). Bruce said we've won one of the top 4 major gifts. Bruce also said we have 48 hours to act and to call 877-548-3960 (this was a VM message on our home phone)

ANdrew Stevens calling to tell us that we won a car! Imagine that!  We were guaranteed to win one of 4 prizes if we called a telephone # using the claim # that we were given. A friend received the same call right before I did. We are on a do not call list so these calls should not even come through

I, too, got a call from Bruce Stevens saying that I won a top prize and that I had 48 hours to call him back.  Who is this guy, anyway?

Also got this call -- today 2/5/10.  We also filled out such a form so how'd he get our home phone number???  Told us to phone 877-548-3960, within 48 hours, guaranteed one of the four major prizes, perhaps a car!

Correction:  we did NOT fill out such a form (typing too fast!).

Just hung up from the third call from "Bruce Stevens".  We are renters in a condo, but I put this number on the no-call list.  I would love to know how they are able to bypass the list.  The fact is, they CAN'T.  So who to report it to?

The call was answered by someone who says she was his supervisor.  Yeah, RIGHT!  She wanted my first and last name and so I hung up.  If you called me
first, you should know my name!

This guy is still at it. He called and gave us a date for the final drawing for the Lincoln that we one of the finalists in the drawing on the 28 of Feb. that just happened to coincide with the date of HGTV's final drawing for their Dream Home Contest... We bit... and thought we might have a chance... dumb us... I did not check it on the net. But they just called again... a bit different message... same game... so this time I checked it and the it was ... Our thanks to all of you posting the messages.... gdc

Same thing here.  Bruce Stephens w/ Prize Management Services in the "Gift Dept" said it was his 2nd time calling me and that I'd won a car.  Ph# on caller ID was 708-396-8545.  What a bunch of crap!!

I got this same message but the call came from 708-396-7352. I was told to call 877-548-3960 to claim my prize. Everything already posted was said on my voicemail message, too (2nd time he was trying to contact me, yada, yada, yada).

I received this call so I checked it out only to see it's a scam.I'm lucky to caller I.D. I can check it out before returning any calls.I am on the D.N.C. list

This Bruce Stevens is a busy fellow indeed. As it happens, we had actually entered a contest which was giving away an automobile, so perhaps I was a bit laxer than usual - I usually check on-line before returning this type of call. I was told to wait for a call back from "Mr. Hansen"; I think it may have just come in but all I heard was what sounded like office noises at the other end. Let's see if Bruce Stevens calls and gives me another 48 hours.

Have received 10 phone calls from Stevens, Prize Management Services, 877-548-3960 telling me I am guaranteed to receive one of the top four prizes from the contest I entered. I now have 48 hrs. to respond. Won't be happening,  I do not want to receive any more calls.  How do I make them stop calling?

maybe it will mess up their dialing program. also if your on the do not call registry report the number to the FTC.

Same deal...."Hi folks, this is Bruce Stevens etc...." we have ignored the first 20 or so "second attempts" to give us the "good news" about our prize.
We have also been on the DNC for years and will report Mr. Stevens and I encourage everyone else to do the same...maybe he will then find a real job and leave us alone.

Got the same call from Bruce Stevens.  Unfortunately called back and had to leave my name and number.  Should have Googled first - never would have called.  Milt Hampton called back and promised one of four gifts: 2010 Lincoln Navigator (or $45k); Vacation for 2 to Orlando, Miami, Vegas, or LA; $2500 cash; or 32" flat screen.  I was to go to downtown D.C. sometime this weekend (and was given a slew of times).  Sounds like a complete timeshare scam.  Fell for this years ago and ended up leaving the timeshare offer.  There were no gifts, it was a phishing scheme to get me in the office.

Exact message recieved from two different numbers, 877-548-3960 and 7083967374  within 2 days of each other, we too are on the DNC list...

Same call, exact same message. Did not fill out any entry with my home phone # on it.  Will not call back.  Knew it was a scam.  Otherwise, they would go broke giving away all those cars!

Bruce Stevens called to say that I, too, had won a car or one of 4 major prizes.  Just call 877 548-3960 within 48 hours,  I called.  Mr. Stevens wasn't available.  There would be a drawing nthe next night in a nearby town.  I would be contacted if I was a winner.

We received the same call but did not call back.  There is a scam and if you call back they will route calls to your number to another country and rack up large charges on your telephone bill.  I don't know if that is the same scam but I would call your telephone company to make sure you are not one of the victims.
