They have called at 5:00 a.m. two mornings in a row.  When I tell them it is 5:00 a.m. they hang up.

I have been getting calls on my cell phone from 877-549-7526 about once a day. I do not answer because I don't answer numbers I do not recognize and I am on a do not call list!

3 people tried to rip out $ 21000 from me promising to do everything for me to make me rich with real estate investment. I was pressured to give them my credit card info and was told that they won't charge me until I signed the paper. But they charged my credit card without my signature anyway. When I phoned them, they kept persuading me to pay and later said that the money was invested already and I won't get a full refund. I am still in the process of getting my money back.

Whatever you do, don't give up any personal info to these guys.  I got a call from a guy at this number claiming to be with Amazon.com (I have a web store with them) and that he is my personal sales coach.  

Almost immediately after introductions, he started selling 3rd party dropship, seo, niche marketing, web development, incorporation services.  Whoa.  Back up pal.  You're not with Amazon, are you?  I had to ask twice what the name of his company is before he said simpleecomm.com.   So while on the phone I looked at his 'site' and found the thinnest marketing content imaginable and no contact info (strike 1).  

He conferenced a technical resource to answer my questions.  I asked him for references and he gave me the URL of firepits.com, which is a Hayneedle owned and operated website, a large company of 500 that has a proprietary framework for all of their niche stores.  So I challenged him on that by asking him if his company developed it and he said yes.  (Sorry pal.  That's not true.)  I gave him a warning that I that I was skeptical of his claim and he gave me another reference site, which was a less elegant site simplybunkbeds.org - nothing to brag about, for sure.  meanwhile, a reverse search on his number uncovered scam complaints.  (strike 2)  

OK, so I stayed on the phone for entertainment (slow morning) and he went for the close.  4300 bucks for an end to end ecommerce business that they run for me, set me up with drop shippers, incorporate the business, seo, etc... all I need to do is sit back and relax while my business runs itself.  Too good to be true.  All that's left is that I provide them with a credit card number and they'd send me a proposal.  (strike 3)

By that time I was just laughing at his audacity, but he shamelessly stuck with his pitch until I asked him for the physical address for his company.  He said he didn't know it (running out of strikes here) because it's a virtual company.  Really - then to whom and where to you report for company matters?  He didn't know. OK, then can you tell me which state you are in now?

Click.  He hung up on me and I wasn't even close to being done with him.  I  did manage to get their cell phone numbers that both have a NYC exchange and the 877 number is from Florida, maybe the Attorney Generals in NY and FL can work with that.

I'm so glad that I searched for info by the number and not the name.  I actually finally answered this call and Travis from Advanced Profit Innovations on extension 572 offered the same thing. He claimed they were a back door company for other website companies such as google.  He claimed that they are a company that develops income websites by doing all the taking of orders, drop shipping, traffic, products, everything and he wanted $1695 paid out over time and that it was a one time fee.  If I allowed them to develop my existing website into this website or to link my website to them, it would be $499.00  up front, otherwise it could be a monthly thing.  The whole thing didn't make sense to me.  But I tried to investigate them anyway.  I hope no one bites on this after reading the previous blogs.  It would be so easy to try this in these hard times.

I get call constantly from this number it is a telemarketer.

I get calls from this number and they say I won the lottery but need 150.00 to collect.  Its 10:00 am and they have called 6 times.  Sometimes they will leave a message and other times they will not.  How do we stop them??  Here are all the numbers.877-549-7526, 520-265-3846, 876-350-6815, the list goes on

I signed up with them for business credit and despite my average credit score i was approved. No complaints here.

Called my cell phone which is on do not call list.  When answered, they hung up immediately.

They just keep calling... and don't leave a message... Driving me crazy.

This number keeps calling me.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

What I say is if they don't leave a message it is not important.

This person calls on a regular basis, they are from what I found a "stay at home money scam".  Told them to stop calling and the lady on the phone started cursing.

calls 2 or 3  times everyday to my cell phone. never  leave a message. very rude.

This number, along with 3 very similar, take turns calling my house every 23 minutes. ALL DAY! My machine is full of hangups every night when I get home from work. I'm serious..every 23 minutes there is an unknown name with a 877 number. I am also on the DNC list. Drives me nuts

PSI was great with me, they helped set up my website to my liking no matter how many demands i threw at them They also helped with my marketing and i started making sales right away i am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to get into ecommerce

Annoying calls where no one answers

I keep getting phone calls and when I answer they hang up.

I keep getting daily calls from them as well but no message. I tried calling back and it seems like the company is called Profits and Innovations or something like that. I can barely understand the recording.

Claimed at first to be calling on  behalf of Business Development Div., BDD, then claimed to be Acumen and that a 3rd party passed on my info because of Fortune Learning Systems, FLS, being shut down (by the FTC). Just calling to see if I'm still building my business and want to help me. I kept asking questions and they finally hung up.

I did a search on the number and it looks like another scam company similar to FLS and the BDD called  Profit Sense Innovations at 591 Summit Ave Ste 605 in Jersey City, NJ. BBB has no info other than address.

They called me on June 6th and then again on June 7th.  No message.

That their way of finding out whose in the house.

Please report them to the FTC. FTC is doing a big crack down on companies trying to cash in on people who are vulnerable because of the economy. One of the ways it appears that they break the law is calling people on the do not call list.

This person called asking for someone who has never lived at this address.

I am on a do not call list and this company called my cell phone twice and the 2nd time they just sort of snickered.  I will answer next time and tell them I am going to report them since I am on the do not call list.
