Called me several times.   Tried to call back and the recording says, "This number does not accept incoming calls."

Someone calling from Blue Cross/Blueshield/Highmark health insurance "blues on call". They did not ask for my name, so I did not call them back.

This is a call back service from a Registered Nurse/Health Coach from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance.  They usually help people with answering questions regarding their benefits or particular health questions.  You can not call them back at this number...they'll leave a call back number and direct extension to the person that is helping you.

In my situation, i called my health insurance provider on the back of my insurance card with some questions regarding coverage.  I had a few more questions that where health related (questions for a doctor or nurse).  The rep. scheduled a nurse to call me back regarding the questions i had.  This 877-588-5519 is the number they called back with.  They left a message.

Tried calling them back and it said it does not accept inbound calls

I got a phone call from this number with no one on the other line. Then I got a text message saying: Can't talk right now, I'm on my way.
