I got a call fom CHM well contacted them any ways. AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY NICE ... They helped me! And on payments I owed to Cashnet. I gave them my card info in they took my payments as planned. And sent my paid in full letter as they said they would. It took a few days but it came I was so relieved. And haven't heard from them since. Thank God and thnx u CHM for your help on my claim. CHM is not a SCAM maybe the collectors but not CHM... Thanks Again sincerely Lisa Cox

Hey Phillip, as an employee of CHM if you're going to make up BS to scare people into beleiving you were actually "served" you should chose a better last name than "MIPENIS" and avoid all caps. Not just a liar but a d@mned liar.

they called and were so nasty. They told me I owed money to a payday loan company I never heard of. I do not have payday loans! they do not have my address or work address but somehow they have my phone number.

It's a scam. They have no actual information as a company. Call the actual company you have a debt with and see if your debt has been sold to CHM. They will tell you that the company is a fraud.

I got a call today from a restricted number. The woman told me there are charges pending against me and I have to call 8775587946. When I called the number, the debt I owe is actually a true debt. However, when I looked up the company I could find nothing on them. I told the guy I was not about to give out my personal info bc the whole thing just seems wierd. HE told me he would email me all of the info and that was 3 hours ago. I think this is some kind of scam where they got ahold of my credit report and are trying to get me to give them my personal credit card info so they can scam me.

SCAM!! Said I owed a loan to cashnetusa but i never took out a loan with them. Had my information but when I confronted them they hung up on me. Cashnet confirmed that this company is a fraud. What kind of company doesn't have a physical address? Also, doesn't have a legitimate name.

This is a scam. They called me saying I owe money on a loan, that they were going to press charges against me. But couldn't give me the name of their company, the address, or anyway to reach them.
Scam.
Do not give them any information.

I got a call from them saying they are chm in chicago and they are a mediation firm. Saying I owe Cashnetusa an amount of 500 something, when i never took a loan out from them in the first place. Called back asking for their mailing address, said they couldn't give it to me. Scam scam scam
