these people call at least twice a month, if not more.to both my cell and my husbands cell...they used to constantly harrass my sister in law where we lived for a short time...I was almost considering paying them a small portion of the 2nd mortgage loan they are trying to collect....until I read these comments and starting doing more research on the company. i had no idea that so many people's loans were eaten up by this company! so glad I found this out! I have one more year until the statute runs out after my initial forclosure/last payment made (6 years in Vermont) then they cant take legal action and they can get bent. theyve never threatened us, but the insesent calls are just annoying. Like someone else said, I will just ignore them unless suing action was taken upon us by them.

Repeatedly calling and trying to collect a debt that was discharged in bankruptcy in 2001. Does anyone have an address for these people because I have an attorney who is ready to file suit against them for trying to collect a discharged debt. Also, the bank they are collecting for closed four years ago.

I have had my current phone number for 5 years. Apparently the person before is wanted by Real Time Solutions.I get calls asking for him at least once a month. I have told them it is not his number and they tell me they will make a note of it. Well no matter how many times I tell them they continue to bother me. I have even called the company and told them. What can I do they they are a real pain?
The number they used this time is 877-635-9211

These people are RUDE!!!! They claim my number is registered under someone elses name & when I told them I dont know that person, they insisted that I did , So I told him AGAIN he has the wrong number & he says "well why would it be registered in that persons name, maybe you should have it changed (in a very rude voice)"

RTR has been calling me on a foreclosure and bankruptcy that was done in 1989. In my state there is no statute of limitations on a debt but it can not be collected through any legal action after 6 years so this is nothing more than harrassment. RTR will not even send documentation supporting the claim. Sounds like a SCAM.

They call my cell phone and I reject the calls. Real Time Resolution. House was foreclosed in 2009. I continue to ignore their calls. Even if I let it go to voice mail they do not leave a message. Their loss. Oh wait. I would not return the call anyway.

Real time resolultions is representing Fannie Mae? I don't think so. They have and continue to CHANGE THEIR PHONE NUMBERS from which they are calling. After doing some research there's various numbers going back to at least 2007. Just amazing. They are wicked. They are debt collectors.
Stacy 2012-01-20 22:39:49 Unknown
I got a call from them and I live in Canada. Keeps calling and insisting I live in Illinois. I told them to go bleep them selves and it is their dime calling Canada.

Beware..Real Time Solutions have a new # 1-888-541-6180. They called me today and said they were contracted out by Fannie Mae to help people with their mortgage. I almost believed her. This persons name was Joy. I then called Fannie Mae in D.C. and asked about them. They have no reference of them ANYWHERE in their system . I learned quite a bit today from reading the postings on here and talking with Fannie Mae directly

I smell fraud big time. the bank hasn't even liquidated the property yet. How can they go after anything yet. They are just vultures picking at a warm carcass. Hopefully they will get a poision one some day.

I called'em back. They were looking for some couple that I've never hear of. Asked me about some address that I've never heard of either. I've had my phone number for at least 8 years. They said sorry to have bothered me.
Come to think of it, I have been getting a lot of calls from this company. I got's no debt.
Rich 2011-02-17 18:15:14 Unknown
The bank's information is that disorganized, yet they still move forward with foreclosures.

Third party debt collectors who have the resource and link to view outstanding debs that may or may not be old. These companies have taken the liberty to go in and either purchase the remaining balance or recoup frauduently money that was possibly secured. They purchase these debts at a lesser amount then what is indicated in an effort to collect whatever funds that they can. My advise to them is if you are purchasing these outstanding debts, save your time and money. Their concept seems to be the following.: some money is better than none at all. If there is any way possible that we can get a any amount, then let's go for it and see how long we can harrass and individual before they give in.
My response to this is...do they feel that it is really worth the added stress to harrass people that they know nothing about except what they see written on paper. Is it worth getting less than favorable responses back when they actually do talk to an individual and get that individual to the point of also being rude to them.

My story sounds just like the rest. Intentional foreclosre in 2007.....house has since been sold at a lesser amount than what I purchased it for in 2005. I am assuming that this company is attempting to collect the remaining amount. It's amazing how I never heard anything from my original lender from the time that Iit went into foreclosure up until 2010, then all of a sudden I get messages on my work and cell phone. My course of action is to simply ignore it until told otherwise by someone other than a collection company who is trying to collect on a loan for property that I no longer have.
Fay 2010-05-03 15:09:13 Debt Collector
Recently started getting calls from this number. My home was intentionally foreclosed on in 2007 and no contact was ever made with my original lender Option One. The townhouse was sold during this year and have new residents there. Don't have time for this headache.

I was in a short sale, ready to close in two weeks, until the second sold their note to RT Resolutions...Crazy I know, but then they would not except the first lenders pay off, causing my property to go into foreclosure. THis happened in Late 2009...Now RT Res is calling me wanted payment...and they know it was foreclosed on...It was a secured second, and I live in a non-recorse state...I smell fraud too...be weary..

Real Time Resolutions calls daily and are very rude and threatening!! They are calling on a loan that was foreclosed on in 2006!! by Countrywide, the kicker is, this loan is still showing open and late?!? Now that Bank of America has bought CW, we somehow also owe BOA $24K too?!?!? I smell fraud!!
JIm 2009-10-06 18:45:23 Unknown
Your case is almost the same as mine. Same company and same situation. EMC foreclosed and sold at auction the house in 2007 and turned it over to Real Time Collections and ASC Collections. I'm now getting calls and letters from both companies regarding the same account.
ssssssss 2009-04-20 19:43:14 Debt Collector
the name of this company is Real Time Resolutions. They are a mortage debt collector. The only way we got them to stop calling was to have an attorny send them a nice letter stating not to call.
