this company called me on the 25th of april,saying they just recieved my account from verizon($22.71)on the 23rd.I thought I paid it.Maybe i didnt.Regardless,they said i could pay over the phone,but it would cost $7.50.I said no , how could I pay it for free?They said, by mail.I said send me a bill and i will pay it no problem.it has been 2 1/2 weeks,no bill.I called them back at the # they called me from and i get a machine asking me my access code.By the way,the day after i talked to them,and told them i would pay,someone else from that company called my mothers house looking for me and called my house 3 more times that dayIs this harrassment ? and who can i complain to
