They were calling my father's house...last know address....yeah 20 years ago!  Then he attempted to give me finance help...When I say I can't squeeze out anything, I mean it.

I'd call them bottom-feeders, but they're lower than that. I get calls AND letters for a debt that was discharged through bankruptcy nearly 7 years ago.

They are not a "law firm"  they call themselves a "firm"  so everyone one assumes they are a law firm. They are a bottom feeding, law breaking debt collector that finds old debt that has been written off and tries to get you to pay it.
Get on the do not call list and report them if they call you. Also if they call you more than 1x in the day keep records because legitimate collection agency know they are not allowed to call more than that.

Calling for a person that is unknown to me. Our names are similar. I plan on sending a cease & desist letter to the firm, so that they discontinue bothering me. The calls have been going on for months. It's to my understanding that regardless if it's your debt, or someone else's debt, it's best to write a cease & desist letter to the pesky callers. By law, they have to verify the debt in writing. I hope that helps.

Well, Have received calls from these very same individuals for several years eventhough have unpublished numbers and have changed to other unpublished numbers several times over the years they still manage to nail my numbers and harass! Making bogus claims of unpaid debts to which in reality do not exist! Have doubts about this Law Firm being legit considering all of the B.S. that is associated to it on the net! DO NOT OWE ANY UNPAID DEBTS TO ANYONE! BERMAN & RUBIN LAW FIRM, YOU ARE LIARS! STOP CALLING!!!

It os so annoying getting calls from firms like this one. I have made arrangements with my creditors and it seems right after I do I start getting these type of calls. I think this company buys numbers from other creditors.

just call em back and tell em your not whom they are looking for. They comply with requests from what I experienced just a minute ago.

Call your attorney general and have them reported.

I get calls 5 to 7 times a day from this debt collector . I have call and ask to be removed from the list but have had no luck at that.

Now saved as COLLECTOR in contacts

Called and told them to stop calling.   So far that hasn't stopped the calls.

I too receive calls 7day per week from this number...Yes its Berman and Rubin left a voice message to give a return call without leaving a name. I so happy I unlimited text and talk

i think not answering is fine.  Eventually, they will be paying for dead space.  The only way to stop these calls are to ignore them.  They are then paying for a service without a response.  They will then go out of business or be sued for harrasment.  it is chase's collection agency although othe companies probably employ their services

Left a message ... something about a personal business matter, and then left a number to call back.

Not sure if this is legit.

I get a call every day from this number for several months now, even Sundays, says it is Berman & Rubin a debt collector. The recorded message never says what they are calling about, just says call them back on an important business matter.  The listing on the internet says Berman Rubin so probably it's the same outfit, they are a big time debt collector. I'm not about to return the call.
