Kelly Legal Processing & Summons left a message at 7:15am on our company's phone stating that one of our employees has 3 counts of financial fraud. This call is for his employer - This is for court papers to be summond to court. Please call today 1 -877-670-4501.

I called the number and found that the number belongs to MedCare/MediCal. Not to sure if this company is legit or not. But if you are going to call and make an accusation against an employee you better provide the correct phone number etc.

Sounds to me like a phoney phone call, but thought it should be reported for others to see.
