GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYS BUSINESS NAME IS THE VACATION CENTER.  IS THIS LEGITIMATE?

GOT A CALL THAT I WON A PRIZE FROM THIS NUMBER - BUSINESS NAME WAS THE VACATION CENTER IS THIS LEGITIMATE?

This call was from vacation central.  They said I won 4 round trip tickets, from a drawing at Oceana Air show in VA.  Funny part is I no longer live in that area and moved before the Air show.  It could not be from the Air show the year before because I was deployed during that one.  So they had to of gone back 3years ago to get my info.  Take it for what it is worth.  It could be a free vacation if you want to go when it is good for them not for you, and want to spend your time at there properities.

This place is called vacation central.  The message that was left for me stated I had won 4 airline tickets since I registed at a local baseball team's stadium.  I will not call back since it's a 'trap'.  Keep this in mind when you fill out those "free vacation" slips.

They have called our phone like 50 times in the last two months and Everytime I would answer to say like "Please do not call here again" or something, no one was there! So I called back and asked them to stop calling us and they said that they would put this number on the "no calling list". But now I am thinking that we might have won a prize or something but they will never call back again....... I don't know if that's a good thing or not now.

This place Vacation Central or The Vacation Center has left 2 messages now - one from X2085 and another last week from a different extension.
The message says that I've won 2 airline tickets.
Sounds pretty hokey to me.  I don't remember entering any draws and as other people have reported, I'm sure there's a catch with some kind of presentation.

The details I got over the phone were that the tickets were good for a selection of locations where they have properties.  I couldn't get anymore details from them than that.  They really want you to attend the presentation.  It's my belief that the tickets are good for travel to one of their properties (i.e. if you attend the presentation and book a stay at one of their locations, they will fly you there.)  I have told them I was not interested many times but they still call and leave messages at least 3 times a week telling me that I had just won 4 free airline tickets at no cost to me.

Did anyone of you actually got the tickets?

I received the same call from Blue Green Vacations.  They were calling me because I had been selected to spend 90 minutes previewing their services in order to receive a prize I had won (4 airline tickets).  They told me I was selected from a drawing I had entered at the Rib Festival at Indiana.

They told me two names, Data King and Vacation Central, I was selected from the Indiana State Fair.  As of today, I have told them Three times to stop calling me.  They tell you to call by 2pm or 3pm. It is never the same closing hours and the extensions keep changing, also the caller id is never the same. Sometimes New York City, unknown, Vacation Central.
