Don't do it it is a true scam!! Be Ware  They will ask you to send money via western union to canada, then they will block your number.

This is a true scam if someone named Jessica Phillips, Bryan with an indian or Japanese accent call slam the phone in their stupid going to hell faces. They will ask you to send money via western union, for a canadian/Halifax. Supposedly the money is to pay for an insurance. Then they block your number so you can't call back. I hope they burn in HELL. I know god will repay them greatly!!!!!!!!

Someone please investigate these people! They are scammers!!! This time it was Jessica Phillips.

Your not the only one, I know that probally doesnt make you feel any better but she " Cyndi Harper" just did the same thing to my mother.

I received this message on February 1, 2011:

A lady named Cyni Harper claimed my loan was approved. I had filled out an application for a personal for people with poor credit.  She called me on February 2, 2011 as a follow up phone call. I spoke to her in person and she stated I had been approved for $30,00 for a term of 10 years. She told me I would have to pay $910 upfront before the loan was released. When calling the company back on February 3, 2011, a person answered the phone and said, "hello." The person didn't answer the phone with a company name - just answered the phone casually like someone would if they were answering their home phone. I asked for Cyndi, and the person stated she wouldn't be in until the afternoon.

This is a financial company that is performing scams. Claiming the will do a loan, get you to pay for insurance then does nothing for a loan . So you are out all your money.
