These people ripped my father off, pretending he had a Trojan and scaring him so that he approved their getting into the computer. We have had to take the computer in to be gutted and reformatted. They charged $499, and the bank won't be able to recover the money. Watch out for these liars.

Opened an email purportedly from MSN to renew annual sub for email service expiring April4.. By opening email alone ( no clicking on additional link) Tech Saviors revised MSN home page to add contact info having their 1-877-0298 number. After calling them, they searched my computer and claimed to find Trojan malware. Cost $199 for removal and one month protection, $299 for three months and $999 for a year. When I said I wanted to confirm with Microsoft tech, they offered 9 months for $299. By then I was suspicious, but accepted offer. Then they tried to get me to renew MSN, but by then my wife noted my sub ran through next Fall. I hung up, called my credit card co and stopped charge, canceled card. Now they call my cell 3X per week, which I don't answer. Dropped Bitdefender which did not protect upon opening email, got free Microsoft Security Essentials that found Trojan and two other malware items that would have allowed them to control my computer whenever it was on. Live and learn!

My laptop was hacked. I google searched Apple contact info and called the number listed. Little did I know they had control of what website would pop up. I thought Apple was helping me fix my password and it was these people. They did have Indian accent. Said they were located in San Jose, CA. Offered a one time fee of $99 or 6 months coverage for $199. They even went to great links to place a PDF on my desktop so if I needed any help in the future to call the phone number on the PDF aka don't google a different number. Scam scam SCAM! Do not trust "www.logmein123.com" or tech saviour. I should've just went to Best Buy.

Yes they are a ripoff company calling themselves Tech Saviors - sounds like they are all from India, and their address is in Canada. They called my friend and said she had a virus - logged in got all of her information and billed her 300 a few months ago. Just called again and said her computer had a bad virus again - and said it would cost her $600 this time. They are a bunch of scammers and identity thieves
