They called my home number and then they called my cell number. It is a prank called about some phoney legal thing.  We do not have any legal thing going on with us.

no company name...said it was a legal matter...really?...if it was a legal matter, wouldn't it be handled in a legal manner?...oy...

no company name...said it was serving as a legal notice...i never answer these calls but how can i keep it away from a work number?...

The exact same thing happened to me and the keep calling. The one guy told me I was b***s***ting. So I know this was a scam.

this number keep on calling at my job that i lost because of them 877-719-9719 and said his name is scott mccarthy, that have some court papers for me and for me to call them and get the information if not i will be embarrassed,for what i understand im not in trouble with the law, i have a couples of bills that im trying to get it in payment arrangement so i dont know why are they calling, my boss fired me from my job cause i aint supposed to be receiving to many calls, and my friend said they still calling.and they dont said what company they from .

I have been getting a call from a man claiming that he has my address and has attempted to come by to get me to show some ID and sign some for some papers for several days..Does the dumbass not realize that people work during the day??  REALLY?  He called again this morning and said he will attempt to come by sometime between today and tomorrow.  Well good luck dude! he says if Im not going to be home, to call this number so I can make arrangements for when I am home, UMMMM NO, Im good thanks!  Im sure its some debt that I owe, but you cant get blood from a turnip!!  obviously I didnt have enough money to pay the debt, do you think I have money for an attorney, and the time to take off of work to go to court???  Get a life...Sad thing is, is there are people out there that actually get scared whrn they hear stuff like this so they call and talk to someone and pay it etc...my credit is so F****d from my ex-husband that one more hicky on it wont hurt it...the only thing that will help my credit is if I win the Powerball and Im able to pay off all my debt, so until that happens, I will live like most everyone else, and dodge the creditors calls and debt collectors.  I will live pay check to paycheck, and hope to god that one day I will see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I received a voice message today from a man who said his name is Tom Rich. Said he is trying to deliver some  legal documents to me and needs for me to show him my drivers license and will need my signature when he arrives. He does not say who the name of the company is, who is having these "Papers" sent. Said if I need info I need to call 1-877-719-9719. He asks that I call that number and tell them when I will be available, so we will not miss each other. Said he can even come out on the weekend. He then reads off several addresses and said he needs to know which one is mine. Also said he could meet me somewhere else, like my job or whatever, so it would be more convenient. This has to be some kind of hoax. Real legal papers are not handled like this. Beware. Do NOT give out any info to people who things like this.

I got a call also today to call a scott m. with this 877 number  Anyone else get this ?

I recieved a call from this number which was a blocked number as well- he said he was from United Processing and had just recieved an order today to have me sign some legal documents and he wanted to make sure he didnt miss me but seeing as I didnt answer- I need to call back the guy who placed the order. When I called back the recording it said that they were burkley klien and associates.  There is a scam going on with using both the names United Processing and Burkley Klien and associates.

I just recevied a call from this number asking for my address so they could serve me some papers.  If they have my address, which they did confirm on the message, why aren't they serving me?  They also mentioned that my name was linked to someone in Florida.  I beleive it's all a scam.
