I had a problem with cm shoppers club taking $64. 00 out of my account. They gave me 7 days to cancel and offered me a $120.00 gift card to target that I never received so needless to say I cancelled and asked for my money back they offered half I said I never used ur services I want the gull amount they refunded me the money which was in April. They have been taking $3.95 2-3 a month since june and I just found out went to the bank this morning filled out a dispute form and gave them my card now waiting for a new card and to hear from the bank in a few days. It's been very inconvenient as it cost me many over drafts. Please shut this company down.

Ps buyers charge my bank account 4 times in one mounth.I have never sing up for anything. I called and they tell me that I'm not in there system.  I ask how is that when I have them in my bank statement. And all they say was call back in 3 day's

I was told this was a magazine subscription and i would only be charged $1,00 and my  bank account was charged $64.35

I am being charged 64.35 a month, it has been about 2 whole months and i haven't received anything. I tried to cancel my membership and I was told that I owe a balance of 1,800 and some change. I asked "Kim", why do i owe for something i haven't received yet? need help!!!

I did a survey through facebook for a pair of Oakley Sunglasses.  Now my bank account is being charged 3.95 a week by this CM Shopping Club.  My bank won't do anything to block the transactions.  Every number I have tried calling goes no where.  What do I do?

Did you get a refund of your money? I just got caught in this scam and when I called them, they said they will refund my $64. They said they cancelled my membership but I'm not really sure if they will really refund it. The transfer is still processing from my account to them and my bank alerted me about the transfer so I think my bank still hasn't given them the money. I really hope to that the transfer process from my account to them haven't and won't go through though.

You did "business" with someone who cold called you. Didn't the fact that you got 10 calls in a 3-hour period tell you something about the crooks on eth other end of the line? Guess not LOL!

Well, did you at least learn something then? Like NEVER EVER do business with a cold caller. If you must answer calls you dont' recognize, at least have the intelligence to HANG UP! Expensive lesson huh?

These people called me 10 times within a three hour period! I finally answered and the lady on the phone was so nice and she get me with the Target giftcard and $100 voucher for Walmart or Target. I was told that I would receive a confirmation email after the phone call had ended and I never received one. It's been three weeks and I still have not received my Welcome Packet, either. Everytime I call to cancel, they want my account number and I never got an account number!! They said that they can't do anything without my account, that I must have just overlooked it. I want the payments to stop but I don't know what to do. Help!!

I was scammed by phone for a fake 120.00 gift card for Target or for Walmart, or Walgreens, could be used at any of these stores., for an activation fee of 3.95. I kept telling them no to all of the other offers. no magazine subscriptions, no club memberships, also  named P.S. Buyers Club.They are very fast talkers, and don't take no for an answer. I did not authorize them "R H Buyers club to take out 64.35....  I did not want to join the "smart shoppers Club", either. I shut down my debit/credit bank account card. I also called 2 different #'s to cancel. I have 2 different canceled confirmation 3's? I am hoping that through the bank I will not be charged. I may have some more damage control to do still? I am glad that I took action within a few hours, they did what I told them not to do. "Do not charge my account". I have learned a painful lesson. Trying to tell them no made me feel so frustrated! They do not respect the words I do not want, don't charge my account for anything, etc. I feel that I was bullied, and victimized. My gut instincts told me this was a scam, tried not to get taken, told them that I was a poor single parent of a disabled child, unemployed, etc. They only care about ripping off anyone they can manipulate. I wish I could take it all back?!!!

I Just receive this and the best Thing to do is to contact your bank and change your debit card (Get a new checking card). I just did it and they blocked the payments for future payments and will give me a new card.

They have been charging me random payments of 39.50 and i have called them multiple times and told them i wanted it cancelled bc i did not sign up for it. They still keep charging me so i am going straight to the bank and reporting them and possibly getting another credit card. This is absolutely rediculous an so frustrating especially since i am a broke college student. This really needs to stop and these people should go to jail.

I was charged 6.95 * 3. Supposed to receive 100.00 target gift card. Blah blah blah.. Just called number 877-735-2395.. Representative refused to assist me without confirming all personal info. I advised her to transfer me to supervisor. Advised supervisor wanted refund went round and round. Finally was advised would receive refund. We will see

The Number is 877-744-3414. They will dance around cancelling and we tell you they can only give you half.

Cancel your credit/debit card.  Submit a claim to your bank/credit card company.

I was just scammed by these people as well. I was told that my account would be charged for $6.95 for the 2 week trial and I was to receive an email immediately after the call finished. I asked numerous times if there would be any other hidden or unexpected charges and she said no that I would only start getting billed $6.95 weekly if I kept the program and even if I cancelled the program afterthe 14 days the $100 Target gift card would be mine to keep. She also started to try and push magazine subscriptions on me and I told her I had no interest in magazines and did not want them. She said okay you will receive your welcome kit and she asked what day I would be home so she could ship on a day I would be here to accept the package. Today I get a call from my charge card compny stating they put a hold on my card due to possible fraud. It turns out that this company tried to charge me $64.35 in addition to the $6.95 and I authorized the $6.95 but neve the $64.35. The charge company now has to issue me a new card because of all of this. I was told by the charge card company that they tried to run through the same charge under 3 other company names and none of the names were Smart Shoppers, which is who I supposedly signed up with. The other companies they tried to use were CM Shopping Club, PS Buyers Club and the last was just a company called Shopper. I immediately phoned the number that the charge card company had for them and the guy was still trying to make deals with me and lower the prices and told me that to make an informed decision I would have to go on the site and see how much I could save. I politely told him I wanted nothing to do with this company or companies and wantedmy account completely cancelled and no furthre charges run through and I wanted the $6.95 refunded as I never received the delivery or the email, so I had not used their site or anything. He just kept talking right over me and would not cancel the account. I finally had enough and told him I wanted a supervisor immediately and I would be calling the Better Business Bureau to report their scam. He finally put me on hold, I was on hld about 20 minutes and the supervisor came on and as soon as I told him I was going to the BBB and anyone else I could to report them he was then ready, willing and able to cancel the account and he said that the $6.95 was only a temporary hold and did not yet go through on my card and it will not be charged. He told me there is no need to get anyone else involved as he would be sure that I was satisfied. What a scam this company is running, and I am going to follow through on reporting this as this is not good business practices. I am so very thankful for my charge company for being on their toes and catching this and not letting it be charged. I would advise that people stay away from them because they are running scams on innocent unsuspecting people.

I was hit with a $94.00 dollar charge on my bank statement. I called to find out what was going on and the guy said I had made an online purchase. I knew this was false, so I told him to slow down and give me exact information on what their company does so that I can report fraud. He told me not to worry he would refund the charge and cancel my account. Mind you this was after I recieved the information I needed to report fraud. I urge everyone to take the time to call and make them fix it and to also report them.

Forget The Vista comment it actually a company called the SMART SHOPPER the talk about sending you a $ 100.00 Shopping voucher, I asked them why would I spend $ 94.00 to get a $ 100.00 shopping voucher?

Thank you for supplying Phone #.  They hit me with a $1.20 charge. It did require me to go through a five min conversation as to how their membership can save me money and they would knock down the price and could spread pavements over a period of time.  After saying "NO" to the final offer they finally canceled my membership.  I was lucky because my credit card company informed of the this transaction and had they not, I am sure they would have charged the $99 for the membership.

Wow these guys are good! They also got me with the Target giftcard thing and now are charging me $94! I reported fraudulent activity on my card and will hopefully get that money back! It makes me sick. I cant afford this!! I don't have $94 to give to greedy b*****ds when I can barely pay my bills.

Did they refund your 94.00? I had that exact same charge on my bank account for that exact same amount. And this is after I already had to pay a 19.99 charge to get them to cancel whatever membership I did not sign up for! I'm pissed.

Call your bank or c.c. co. Tell them what charges the 94.00 the 1.20..also this is tied to the magazines. they called me after I ans.a survey. they were planning on chargeing me 600.00 for magazines I do not even read!!!! I called the cc co. & they are sending me a new card & posting about fraud charges.

looked over my bill & guess what I found a $94.00 charge!!!!!! I called them & hem & haw  will try to take care of this blah   blah blah. I told him I was calling the C>C> comp. & he said he would take care of this right away. we will see.
