I just wanted everyone to now that they are still at it, November 2012. My new company phone recieved this call. I did not list my # on any contest. I figure they may wait for a couple of years then start up agiain to give it some time befoer they start there scam again since the last message on here is in 2010. New state maybe, I'm in Minnesota.

Just got a call that I won free cruises, on my personal work line.

I'm in SW Florida, too. So weird. When you call back there is just an automated message....allegedly giving you complimentary cruise...

At the end of the message you can press 1 to set up an appointment to claim your cruise, but you have to go to one of their locations in your area... Sounds like a timeshare deal.

Just got the same call.....I am in SW Florida, they are making the rounds.  Did not call back.

I got the same call just now on my cell. It said 'America West', and I was the "LUCKY" name drawn for something I had supposely entered. #1. I don't enter any drawings. #2, They didn't know my name on the recording. #3. Supposely, I "WON" and 8 day/7 night caribbean cruise out of Miami or Ft Lauderdale. Supposely, not a timeshare, etc. I have 24 hrs to "Claim'  this prize. I have already cruised the entire caribbean. If I want another cruise, I'll buy it as before. Gotta be a telemarketer....

Just got this over my voice-mail today. This has SCAM written all over! I don't know what really happens if you call back, but I don't think I want to find that out. Be careful out there! I don't even pick up calls from people not on my contact list, if it is important, they should leave me a message. And this particular one is certainly not legit.

Yeah I recieved the award notification from Mary through central reservations....apparently theres a (773)xxx-xxxx number it comes form also. (Searched on this site). Thanks to all that posted so that I or anyone else  wouldn't waste my time or get scammed!

Just recieved the call from Mary at Incentives international. Two round tickets, hotel, blah blah. Called from a 913-xxx-xxxx number. Thanks to you all for clearing that up!

Same called me twice..same voicemail both times, so it is obviously a recording.  Odd.

Caller hung up before I could answer.

Same. Two tickets won, Marriott included.

I agree with Doug's post with regard to the 877-765-1960 telephone number. Beware!

Award notification. Keep an eye out on the 877 area code. 877 is not a determined location area code.

Same deal.  Message said we had won two tickets for a trip which included a free stay at a Marriott Hotel and cash to spend!  ...And I have a bridge to sell you in Hoboken.

Message about a pair of free round trip tickets for me and my spouse.  Don't have a spouse and the woman's voice fluctuated weirdly, kinda like g-man.  Most likely a scam.

this number keeps calling me but when i answer, its silent. then i finally hang up.

just got an annoyong "you won" call from this number and called to have it blocked from my cell phone

Called my cell so I picked up, said "hehwro?", and there was no response for like 20 seconds, then the call ended.

1. If you don't say anything at first at all (make them talk first), the calling machine thinks there's no one - or a dead line.

2. If you do say something, but say it with a strong accent, it may discourage the human who tries to talk to you.

What was the number of their 773 number?

Got my first long-winded message on my cell phone.  Blatant scam.  Phone number was illegally hidden.  Will report to the feds as a DNC violation at:

I emailed Marriott customer service since this was supposed to be a Marriott sweepstakes and received this reply:  Thank you for contacting Marriott.  We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with information.
We believe this promotion to be fraudulent and to avoid any further correspondence with them.
Thank you for choosing Marriott.

OK. My husband got this call yesterday, 630 area code, that I had submitted an entry (which I had not) and won. Mary from Central Reservations has two round trip airline tickets, with the two dinners, free nights, etc that everyone else has reported. I agree, the no timeshare involved got us interested until I started to research the number. No way we're calling back or going to the Northbrook address.  Frustrated in Illinois.

Yes, I just got this call. I'm going to call back and see what its about. Sounds strange.

Just got a call from these scammers today.  I was trying to remember if I ever filled out any contest forms for a free trip in the past year and didn't think of one.  I called back just for the heck of it and blocked my number just to see what the catch was.  They didn't want your name or anything and it was just a recording.    They were congratulating me on winning and they didn't even have my name and address.  So, this is a total scam.  I got a good laugh out of it though!  The recording was so ridiculous!

just got the call today... again i'm in chicago same message... called from a Private Number which raised flag one.... flag two, was it was a persons voice but was recorded, not an actual person talking to my voice mail... think this is a sign up for premium SMS service as listed before... showed up on my bill under my brothers cell phone number... sprint cancelled the charge and stated that the Premium SMS charge will not be allowed to be put back on my account anymore... dont press any numbers and if you do notify your phone provider

I got called by this today on my cell.  It was identified as 'Private Number' so I didn't answer.  They left a voicemail with the same schpiel everyone else is reporting.  Gotta give it to ol' Mary though, she sounds  like a professional voice talent!  Hey Mary - if you're reading this - ask your agent to get you a legit voice job, huh?  My cell phone is also in the Chgoland area, like many others.  I had this exact call a few months ago also.

I got a call and my mom got a call---our cell phone numbers only differ by the last 2 digits. So, looks like they're hitting the 847 area code now. It came up as "Unknown" on my phone (Verizon).

"Central Registration" was the guise I got, and the woman talked super fast. Her name was Dallas. She paused at one point during her spiel to say "This...is...AMAZING!"
