If this is a collection agency, I am proud to say my credit score is 792. There is no reason I should be getting calls from any agency.

I have been receiving calls to my cell phon from the above number.  AT first they would hang up before call completed.  This last time the call went to voice mail with no message left.  I am concerned and can't find a listing in the reverse directory.
