Hi! I got a call from Md 24 7 . They asked me my debit card info for some sort of medical plan which I did as I didnt have any prior info on them. Later on I blocked the card and they refunded me the amount they charged me. But today I got a mail from them saying that I will be charged 15$ on my debit card. Now, as the card is blocked are they in some position to sue me? I am scared.

It's ok. Call your bank and file an unauthorized transaction claim. This happened to me and I'm going to college in September. I told them to cancel it and they are still taking money out of my account. Also get a new card too.

This has happened to me too. They took money from me after I called and tried to get them to cancel it. They also told me a supervisor would call. I suggest you call or go to your bank and get a new card as well as file a unauthorized transaction claim.  These people should be ashamed.

Today I received a call from 855-267-4124 stating that I was chosen for a free trial 30 days medicare some sort, after girl talked to me a supervisor called me and asked for my visa card number. Some how he knew my address and my full name. Thanks to this site that I didn't loose any money by giving my card number.
Big scam don't give your credit card to no one over the phone.

yes, i too, have recieved this strange caller. who ask me to prescribe to the same MD24/7 type of medical help. as i waited for the stupidvisor the person in the background must of told him to hang up. WIERD, to say the least. How dare the credit card company sell my name and number. Or we consumers have to be careful of whom or what we buy online, because obviously they are selling our names and numbers also.  Got to be more careful but who do u trust. NOBODY OVER THE PHONE ATLEAST. JUST BECAREFUL OUT THERE.  OOH NO, HERES THE STUPIDVISOR CALLING ME NOW. DONT ANSWER. they have called me 10 times today and never left a voicemail. my daughter who is two hit redial on my cell which is touch screen so its easy to do that. and they answered by saying my name it rang only once how did they know it was me. do any of yall know what the call is for? i just hung up on them after they said my name! freaked me out

this number called my cell phone four time twice i didn't answer because i was in class. The third time i answered no one was there. This morning I answered and the asked for my boyfriend not me. I don't know where they got my number.

Very simple they call the company MD24/7, asked for credit card infomation. Actually knew my first number on my card so I assumed it was not a scam. Free trial for service but you are charged a $20 sign up fee. I called my card that night canceled my account notified them, and the police. Also signed up for idenity theft protection. Going to sign up for National Do Not Call List and report them to BBB.

I got a call from this number buti missed it.  The interesting part is that some of these posts remind me of a call I had earlier this morning.  That call seemed like a scam and so does this one.  To be specific, the two things in common were 1. calling from a medical benefits group 2. promised to send me things (said i had won a reward).  Since the phone call this morning ended in them heanging up on me i am now paranoid that they are linked.  Everyone please remember never to give any info to anyone you don't know over the phone, even if a person tells you that they are just veryifying the info.  If you have "won" something, ask them to send you correspondance in writing, but do not give an address.  it is amazing how many times they hang up after YOU start askign the questions.

Untrue for the most part; if you are on the DNC list and do not have a business relationship with them, they shouldn't be calling you.  However, only reputable companies honoer that, swhich should be your first indication that these folks aren't in that very small group.  However, as a large percentage of companies now sell their business contacts, if you did buy something online, that is probably how your number got put on the  "pester the heck out of them until they buy something" list.  
Blow a metal whistle in their ear every time they call.  Depending on how many of them there are and how stupid they are, it should only take once or twice.  Of course, if that online group has resold your info, you'll get more calls.  Apply whistle therapy is needed.

Now, I'm reciveving calls from 877-824-8169 these Jack a**'s. I won't answer their calls. I have had 4 calls within two hours. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! I'm very thankful for this site. I'm going to answer when they call again and ask them once nicely to take me off their calling list. If I recieve another call I will sick my brother whose and attorney. I have no idea how they got my number. I haven't ordered off any infomercial.

This caller calls me daily. I do not answer. I'm wondering who they are, but they never leave a message. Weird way to live!

18778248169 is the number they give you 2 call them back. Each time they call they use a different number like 18778248170. I even got a return call from some Anita at a 18662321343 in which its always busy or after office hours. I've spoke to the supervisor several times and they keep saying they haven't received the $19.95 to mail the package. We don't have health insurance due to my husband being disabled from a car accident. Y do places like this try 2 scam ppl who can't afford much? I'd so like 2 know how they got my cell number when neither credit card is in my name.
