CSR Crystal at FMA Alliance called from 877-839-9068, her extension is 3137. Address was given to me as FMA Alliance, 11811 North Freeway Suite 900, Houston, TX 77060. She claimed I owed the full balance of a credit card I paid off in late 2006/early 2007. She was incredibly rude and tried to talk over me, just like all of the other CSR's that have called me from this company. I receive these calls non-stop. I contacted the credit card company and confirmed I had paid off completely, so I contacted the attorney general who told me to get the company's address and mail them a certified letter with return receipt stating that they are not to contact me again.
