These people are very smart and are the best who provide technical support !! I just called them to break the ice and they genuinely helped me .. I am sorry for my previous post ..
I'll understand if you don't want me. But I will be heartbroken. You are all I ever dreamed of and hoped for. You are much, much more. Please know that I didn't think I was mean-minded. But I realize I am. I don't want you to put your arms around me and say it's all right, that you forgive me. I want you to be sure that you do, and my love for you will last as long as I live. I can see no lightness, no humour, no joke to make. I just hope that we will be able to go back to when we had laughter, and the world was coloured, not black and white and grey. I am so sorry for hurting you. I could inflict all kinds of pain on myself, but it would not take back any I gave to you."
Sorry means you feel the pulse of other people's pain as well as your own, and saying it means you take a share of it. And so it binds us together, makes us trodden and sodden as one another. Sorry is a lot of things. It's a hole refilled. A debt repaid. Sorry is the wake of misdeed. It's the crippling ripple of consequence. Sorry is sadness, just as knowing is sadness. Sorry is sometimes self-pity. But Sorry, really, is not about you. It's theirs to take or leave.

Sorry means you leave yourself open, to embrace or to ridicule or to revenge. Sorry is a question that begs forgiveness, because the metronome of a good heart won't settle until things are set right and true. Sorry doesn't take things back, but it pushes things forward. It bridges the gap. Sorry is a sacrament. It's an offering. A gift.

Glad you're happy! But everyone here knows that if you are cold contacted by a "technician", that "technician" is a scammer. Right?
If you have requested tech. support and you receive a reply, fine. If you have not requested tech. support and receive a call or an e-mail for it, ignore the caller or sender. That's all there is to it!
This 'remote access' scam is getting old. These clowns are after your information, will gain access to your computer, will infect your computer & will then offer to fix the "problem"; for a fee! With your information they will drain accts, commit CC fraud and the list goes on.
When it comes to technical support; If you didn't research and request help from a trusted provider, IGNORE all offers from other "providers". Your computer doesn't magically emit "distress signals" all by its self. Claims of this are a 100% guaranteed sign of a fraud. Allow absolutely NO one remote access to your computer unless you have requested help and have verified the provider. Microsoft & Windows have made it very clear that they will NEVER call you without prior contact. EVER!
As I've said, this Scam's getting old. Don't fall for it!
Be Safe. Be Aware.

FYI, They didn't call me I called them. I had a problem with my HP printer it wasn't connecting to my laptop. So don't jump to conclusions. But I do agree with you, we should trust those ones that call us to say that our computer is not working and that they are from Microsoft or Google . BTW thanks for the reply this was my first post on any thing and you are the first person to reply. I am new to all this computer stuff.

Will he help me throw the rest of his fellow scammers off a bridge..before I give him a push off the same bridge?
People! If they want access to your computer, they're frauds! It's as simple as that.
If you haven't requested technical help..it's NOT going to be legitimately offered. Not from Google, not from Microsoft/Windows, not from any reputable source. These are SCAMS!
Be Safe. Be Aware.

Premium Tech Support. They have been handling all my computer related problems. They were very patient with me when i had accidentally formatted my system. They help me set every thing back up. So from now on I call them for help rather than try to fix it myself. They even showed me how to change my drum, toner and cartridges the right way.
