Just received this annoying call at work.  I'm not well versed on what cell phones are capable of, but is
there any way you can put a hold on this number?  It's annoying.

This number won't stop calling me! A message is never left. I'm on the Do Not Call list-  Grrr.

I received nine calls  in seven days...no messages!!

877-856-1682 is the number that keeps calling me.  I decided to contact Verizon directly to see if it is actually them or a scam.  It IS Verizon and it's not a scam.

877-865-1682 calls my cellphone almost daily, sometimes more than once.  I never pick up and caller never leaves a message.

Yes this is an official Verizon Wireless phone number. They are making cold calls to
subscribers that are past their contracts or don't have the "smart" phone technology.
I called number from my land line and pressed "1" for sales. Explained situation...yes
I know I can get a new phone...don't want one...not interested in "smart" technology or
4G...etc. I just want you to stop calling my cell phone. You have to give them your cell
number so it can be removed from the auto-dialer. Also informed them that it is doing
nothing but irritating customers since calls come in daily and no message is ever left.

calls cell constantly

I've received a call from this number at various times for the last 6 days in a row.  They never leave a message.  How annoying.  If Verizon Wireless is trying to p****off their customers, they're doing a good job.

Receiving multiple, daily calls from this number....no msg ever.

Have received calls five days in a row on cell. They hang up w/o leaving msg.  GOOGLE has thet it may be Verizon wireless making the calls.  If I find that to be true, I will drop Verizon as my cell carrier.

I've experienced the same as the others.  I guess it will be another phone call to 'ignore'.  They call each day for the past week.  I'm assuming it will last for months!

I have received a call on my landline and cellphone at least 6 times--from 877-856--1682--no message and on the landline caller id just printed unavailable.--very strange.

I have gotten multiple calls from this number on my cell phone with no message left.  I just phoned this number from work where my outgoing number is blocked and heard a recording from Verizon Wireless.  So it is "Them".

I also got a couple of calls on my cell phone.  No answer so i hung up.  I wont answer it again.

This # above called my cell phone this morning. I didn't get to it. No message was left so I called it to see who it was from. A recording said it was Verizon wireless. In case it wasn't, I called the 800 922-0204 # Verizon wireless & they said this above # IS a Verizon wireless #. It is a the loyalty dept that offers promotions or rewards.

Daily calls from this number- call at different times of day & once after 9 pm. I never answer it yet no message is ever left.

Yeah I lowered my minutes for a less expensive bill, now Verizon calls me at work all the time.

I dropped my $63/month service 3 days ago and went to Tracfone for a pay as you go for roughly $10/month ... Maybe that wanted me back LOL ..
