I've received a call AT WORK, from some lady called Sheryl and, she stated she was from a company called ERS? needs to verify some type of information. I was so upset because all she wanted to verify MY PERSONAL information but I could not get her information. So I finally asked for a call back number and when I called back NO ANSWER! So I google the number and I find you guys.

I have received numerous calls from this ####### place.  The recording always states that they are looking for address information on______________.  It is always a name that I have never heard of.  I have returned the call several times and spoke to someone who says my number will be removed.....but, then the calls start up again.  I am getting really tired of these bothersome calls.   This has been going on for several years.  What can be done about this?

got several calls from (877)864-1043 saying it was andrew from ers group, and i need to call him back reguarding "delivery of a required notice". (whatever that means.) andre was not the only name, i can't remember the others.  they keep leaving voicemails on my cell phone, even though i set it to reject the calls from that #, so idk how it gets through, even when my phone doesn't ring. it's very annoying & i want it to stop.

Since about a month ago I receive calls every day at 9:15 AM and at diner time, the few times that I picked up it is a recording asking me to call back 877-864-1043, when call back it rang more than 10 times and finally got another recording telling me that I reached MIKE FOLKER......I wonder how come the phone companies, the FTC and the DO NOT CALL.gov let these crooks get away with all of their illegalities!!!!!

I keep getting calls from 318-524-7295 (which is in Louisiana) wanting to know if I have an address for a
Sherril Murhpy. I do not know such a person. The message says that I should call Julie at 877-864-1043.
I have a Trac phone and have no idea how they got my phone number, which is registered in Texas. My phone number is on a DO NOT CALL LIST. Maybe they will get a big fine when I report them.

I just received a call from this number. It was a message telling me to call them back. No answer the first time I called even though I know someone picked up the line. I called back and they did the same thing but I stayed on the line until the woman finally said something. They have caller ID because she immediately said the name from the recording. I told her that person didn't live here and she said she would remove my number. We'll see.

I have been receiving calls from 201-918-3115, but no messages. Today I was home and the call came again and they wanted to speak to my husband, on confirming my address for a legal matter. He did say it, but I told him I am not trusting anyone. He mentioned to me than to have my husband call him back at 877-864-1043. I then asked what is the name of Co. ERS-Everest Receivable Services.
