This guy called twice, very agressive and rude. claimed to be a attonery and wanted money or would file charges for a late credit account.

Had a voice mail from someone identifying himself as Otto Smith from UCB. He said he's looking for Michael Scholl at our old address from five years ago. We keep telling these people that we don't know any Michael Scholl but they keep calling and badgering us. This is probably the 10th call over the past few weeks.

This guy just called us and drove my wife to tears. Our limited caller I.D. just said "unknown caller" with no phone number listed. He asked for my wife and identified himself as Otto Schmidt, a lawyer who had Citicorp as a client. He also mentioned he was 47 years old like he did with 'stunned' above, and hoped she hadn't gotten a credit card under fraudulent circumstances or she might be going to jail. After that he nagged her about trying to borrow money from relatives, then asked to talk to me to see if I couldn't borrow from my mother. When my wife told him that my mother was a widow, he said "Well, you know, some of these widows have a lot of money!"

 As a last resort he lowered the amount first asked for by about 25% and told us we had 24 hours to respond or we'd be taken to court.

Just got a call from these guys - it appeared at 419 on my call.  They wouldn't say where they were from and were very shady and trying to be intimidating.  It's UCB and collection company.

He said that he was an attorney too and verbal abused me, hung up on me twice and told me not to call back. Not to call back about my own account!? He said that he was a 47 year old professional and that I needed to stop playing the victim and using "little girl antics". I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and wanted him to please record the conversation, but his response was "see, this is the reason why you are the way that you are!" WOW, I understand that a debt collector needs to do their job, but when you start verbally abusing someone that's when you cross the line.

Caller was rude and claimed he is investigating someone that lived at a former address of mine. VERY SHADY
