They keep calling my son's phone and harassing him. Someone else had his number prior and we have told them that. He is a MINOR and they don't get it!

Original call came from a 423-290- number and left a call back for the pay alliance when I called the 290- it is a busy signal... the other just says wait for an agent... while I was waiting I decided to Google and found this.  I am usually three months ahead on bills and knew that this was an accident or fraud...

Called me and then got smart with me cause I told her to stop calling! Asked to speak with manager or supervisor she stated she was both! Yea right!

They justtook $40 out of my account which left me in a negative I am beyond livid.  grrrrrrrr  I am atm where I have no income and they just f****d me.  I have no idea who they are my bank said I pre authorized the debit,  which I have not.  I have not even touched my checking account since January  and never  pre authorized anything unless it my debit card with pin.  My bank is looking into it but until its gets fixed I am stuck with a negative balance :(  I have a family and they are messing with the wrong person.  When you call their number you get a message saying all circuits are busy please try your call again later.  I need help finding out how to nail their butts.

who are these people? I just saw they tried to take 40.00 out of my account. I don't know who they are or have given them permission to do so and have had no notification-I have contacted my bank and they are investigating as fraud and blocking them from doing anything else. Will that work?

The number still bothers me. That's called harassing somebody or someone. Next time, if it still happens, Cops is on its way! This what i called a rescuer/savior.

The Minden Social Securty Office reply was mistaken with another number, I apologize.

I called the alt # you provided, thank you! They answered as PayAliance, not sure if that's how they spell it or not. Anyhow I informed them they keep calling my #, I've had this # for 8-1/2 years, I don't write hot checks when on the occasion I do write checks, and that I have no idea who Jeremy Smith is.

The lady said they would remove my #, now we'll see if they follow through with that. Regardless if they do or not I've blocked theirs.

That's the Social Security Office (Disability) in Minden, LA

this number calls me everyday, approx, 3x per day. I never answer. Now that I've read it is a check place I may actually have to answer. I owe a 159 for a check which did not go through. ( not bounced on purpose) however, none of this excuses the incessant calls nor the way other's claim they're treated.

they are a check collection agency.

They CLAIM That I had a bounced check, but the check cleared my bank. They tried to auto withdrawal a $30 fee from my account that I had stopped.

They now call my cellphone 2 - 4 times EACH DAY regardless of my telling them NOT TO CALL ME and that they are harassing me. Their solution? Is they simply hang up on me....

That may be, but you have to remember: whether it is them the company is looking for or someone else, these people do NOT want to be bothered in the manner they are.  I realize these folks are just doing their jobs, but being rude and persistant, and sometimes ignorant as hell is NOT going to get any love for them.  Just letting you know.  

Also, for those of you with Android phones, there is a free app you can download to block these calls from coming in.  Under Google Play (formerly Android Shop or whatever), search for an app called "Mr. Number."  Works well for me.

Law enforcement is never going to do anything about this.

Just take control yourself and block these idiots.

Just get Google Voice and it's a piece of cake to block this stuff -- especially if you have Sprint, because they have integration with GV.

You can also block any number you want and they will receive a "This number is no longer in service" message.

Additionally, you can turn on a feature that prompts any number that is not already in your contacts to state their name before the call is actually routed through to your phone. That eliminates most of these fools along with any other human excrement like telemarketers and such.

I've had a problem with this particular number in addition to a few others calling repeatedly. Now with one click, they go bye-bye. I was just looking at my Google voice call logs and it has blocked 613 calls in the last few months.

I highly recommend this solution to anyone who is getting annoyed by these bottom feeders. If a larger percentage of people black-holed their stupid calls, they would no longer have much of a reason to exist.

They keep calling me also. If they can't leave a message stating who they are I'm not going to talk to them. I don't talk to people who can't leave messages telling me who they are and what they want and some kind of proof they are legit.

Receive calls from this number multiple times a day. I answered the call today since I was actually home and got a message to call 8669458964. Called the number to listen to the message "all agents are busy" for about 10 minutes. When a person actually connected "Heard people in the background" they hung up on me. Not calling back to be put on hold again.

Company is called Payliance and it seems they deal with companies and collecting debts.

Received call and recording said returning your call...guy said hello and I hung-up because I wasn't expecting anyone to return any calls.  Reported to telephone company, and will report to DoNotCall (farce) and to the BBB.

This number class daily and hangs up (several times most days)
