now they are saying that they want to help me complete a loan against my car title that i started online.
as i don't have a car, and didn't apply for a loan to get a car, i would say that they are fishing for customers. the origin of the call was 302-241-0896 which has no voice services, and the 877-906-8063 was the number given to call.
i did call and asked to be removed, then 5 minutes later i got a call from 786-358-6670 asking to help with a car title loan (actuall happened while typing this!)
i am on the do not call list - as we can see it doesn't do much good, neither does calling back and asking to be removed
perhaps since i am a verizon customer, the fbi who is monitoring all calls can identify these callers and pay them a visit?!    :)

a year before I get phone call several times a day and one time when  i picked the phone up a real person answered and he asked me somebody Spanish name and i told him they called the wrong number and to remove my number and he did guess what after a year they start again calling me several times a day what can I do? I am tired of them.

Add them to your list of contacts, check box to block calls from that number. ( cell phone)

Same I received a call from them and when I answered they hang up I am pretty sure they got my number from an online application that I filled out as I was looking for online degree

Yep,... requested information for colleges and kept getting the calls. I asked for information via email, but I dont get that, just the calls.

I am reporting a call from 943-882-3199 who ever it is is call ing from Palm beach claiming that he is an investigator name Marvin Watkins.  He claims that he is investigating a person name Larry Dean Fletcher whom I don;t know and that person is using my name and address to get a phone number from verizon and is doing illegal activities.  Please be aware.

I am also getting calls from the 877 # but no message is being left.  who is this

you folks R rite about who belongs to this number..just answer the phone & start talking  v  e  r  y   s  l  o  w  l  y ......AND make it hard for them to understand you...it wont be long B4 they hangup knowing you take farrrr  too long  for them to figur out this call aint worth their time. good luck!

Did anyone getting a call from this number contact the University of Phoenix in the day or two before?

Keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message. I want them to stop calling if they can't identify themselves.

Called the number. It was an online college finder.  They were looking for a Patricia and I explained there was no one here with that name.  She was very pleasant and apologized for the calls and said she would remove my number from the file.

after reading this page, I realized it was a call concerning info I requested from devry university.
I had already obtained the info. So I called and explained that I had already gotten info i needed and to please remove me from this list. He looked my name up and told me my phone number and advised me he would remove immediatly.
He thanked me for calling and letting them know I had info so they would also not be wasting their time trying to get in touch with me to furnish me info I already had. He said they do followup work for many onlline universities.

Got a call from David Daniels. He says he is calling from Google to help me finalize my Google map placement.  Doesn't seem likely that Google would be calling for this. Be Careful with this.

I think this is a man called Brent Brown, not sure, of Huntington Beach, CA. I remember something about cell phone checkups and bothering people for a relationships under a false identity out of obsessive behavior compulsion. It may be in relation to a serious psychosis. I asked them to stop calling me more than once, I asked to be taken off their calling list more than once. Stop calling me, 1-877-906-8063 at 7:45 PM eastern standard time on 01-12-2012. I think this is Stalking, a (A) Misdemeanor; more than two unwanted contacts.

I have gotten MANY calls from them, so I anwered them, and told them I am not interested. They haven't called back.
